T Series Treadmills: T5, T6.5s, T7, T10, T16

Fairly easy to assemble, it was packaged well for protection. My husband and I put it together less than 30min. It’s easily movable(front wheels) and sturdier than you would think for the build and affordable price. Incline transitions aren’t speedy but smooth. We got it as an addition to our garage gym. Doesn’t feel bulky or space consuming(although we still not set on where to have it 🤔). Cup holders couldn’t fit my tumbler but as reference the tall can of liquid death fits and has wiggle room. (Not sponsored by liquid death 😅) I got a good walk and run on it, it feels good, I don’t feel like there is hard impact on my legs/knees. So far, I love it and look forward to using it more and maybe seeing if my dog will use it 🤔. I personally don’t have interest in using the ifit subscription but cool that it’s compatible.

This is a great unit for all fitness levels. The item was delivered by two Amazon carriers and brought inside my front door. It’s HEAVY. Assembly took about an hour for two people. Setup instructions were easy to follow and all the required tools were provided. Small details like the screw sets being divided by the installation step and labeled clearly really helped. Instructions were clear and easy to progress through. We’ve been using this now for a few weeks and are impressed with the solid build and performance. Speed and incline adjustments are easy to set. I don’t have a subscription to the iFit service you can add on for programmable workouts but it’s not essential for using this unit. Coming from walking pad, the generous 20” wide ramp is greatly appreciated. You have plenty of surface area to walk on. I’m able to set my iPad or phone on the ledge by the controls when I want to watch a video or listen to music. The unit also folds up to save on some space when not in use and requires minimal effort to do so. I’ve known the NordicTrack brand for a long time and knew they made quality exercise equipment. This is my first purchase for home use from their brand and I am highly satisfied with the delivery, setup and product quality for this price point. I’d definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a treadmill.

I am very pleased with this treadmill. It was easy to assemble and a good size for our exercise area. I love to walk outdoors but needed something to use during bad weather. It is quiet, has multiple speeds and incline levels. I feel that I get a good workout with it.

After doing alot of research, I bought the Nordic Track T-Series and don't regret it at all. It's easy to put together as a solo person and I found the instructions very clear. Do not skip steps or ignore the process. The length and width is perfect for running and walking and the incline, speed and button panel is great. The only thing with this model is you are not getting the panel that lights up for metrics. I haven't figured out how to see the panel in dim light. Otherwise, it's solid. Even though iFit is popular with many users, it's not my primary fitness tool, but it's great for people who want to train and pay for the subscription for virtual training and workout plans. At this price, this is a great treadmill especially for beginners. I love that it's not noisy and can be put in smaller spaces at home. Delivery was smooth and they placed in inside my front door where I could unbox it. I highly recommend this treadmill.

I reseached trradmills for months before deciding on this one. So far I love it! Nice wide belt and great shock absorption! No more achey ankles and knees after a workout. Another awesome surprise is how quiet it runs! Love that I can put a show on my tablet and just zone out. Downsides - when delivered Amazon left it in my drive at 7 a.m. and blocked my car in the garage. I could not move it on my own it was so heavy. They did not knock or anything, so it just sat out exposed to the elements til my hubby came home from work at the end of the day to help me get it inside. Second downside, putting it together! It took my hubby and me 2 hours to build it, we felt like we should of gotten paid by the factory. Haha

I bought this for my mother, it arrived on time. No issues. I paid for the expert installation, which we had no problems. 15 minutes after the technician left, the thing stopped working. Of course I was at work, so when this occurred my mom did not know what to do. She called the tech back and he confirmed he could not figure out why it stopped. Later that evening I stopped by my moms house to see what the story was. Everything seemed to work except the belt. Now I have to call NordicTrack and see when they can send someone out. Amazon, is pretty good about offering solutions as far as returns. I was given 3 options. 1. Call Norditrack 2. Have a local repair person fix it, and they would refund me $120.00 3. Complete refund on both the unit and shipping (I would assume the 3 year maintenance plan). I am giving this 1 star because despite some of the good and bad stories, there should be no reason why this thing should have died. I am hoping I get a quick response tomorrow and we can work from there. I will update as we go along. ***************UPDATE So it was initially decided that the motor was broken on the machine by the technician who was dispatched about a week later. It took about 2 weeks to receive another motor. Add a few days to dispatch another tech at this point we are talking almost a month since the machine has arrived. (I was actually contemplating of just doing a return because it was nearing the time to pay the charge on my credit card.) Back to the story, so the tech shows up, we have the new motor, and an excited mom, I then find out that its not the motor, but the control panel. Again back to square one, another 2 weeks for delivery. Again a couple days to dispatch a technician once the part arrived. Tech arrived installed the new control panel and the machine runs, and hasn't had a problem since. Its been working with no issues for about 2 months now. Mom is happy, but I'm not really sure it was worth it. At this point I can't recommend purchasing this unit through this sales channel. Amazon was perfect but I don't know if it is Norditrack, the warehouse who holds this equipment, XPO who ships this equipment, the tech who installed this equipment... bottom line... a product was purchased for over $700 and it didn't work for almost two months from the day the transaction was completed. We weren't given anything for our troubles. Yes we weren't told "oh well sorry no refunds, all sales are final", we were offered a refund of $120 if we decided to let Norditrack off the hook and go with a local repair person, but there was nothing saying "we are sorry for what happened, the month and a half that was lost will be on us" (the company that failed to delight you as a customer). The only power as a customer is a review, to forewarn others of such an awful experience. I work in the customer service industry, so I know how hard it can be to please customers. I bought this treadmill in November 2023, and it took two plus years of active use for me to leave a detailed review of my experience. For the sake of brevity, I am going to break this review into sections: purchase, delivery, packaging, assembly, aesthetics, and daily use. Lastly, I will provide my personal opinion for those thinking of buying one. Purchase: I bought the NordicTrack T Series 6.5S Treadmill in November 2023 using a free trial of Amazon Prime. I paid about twenty bucks extra for "room of choice" delivery, meaning it would be brought into my living space; otherwise, delivery would be to the front door. Buy it new, as a reconditioned or used model might come with a few missing parts. I did not buy the protection plan, but consider getting one if you're clumsy or the treadmill will be used by multiple people. As a base for the treadmill, I bought the Sunny Health & Fitness Non-Slip Home Gym Mat. Regardless of your floor type, you need a durable mat to keep dust out of the internal components. Delivery: It's better to be at home when this is delivered, and I was home that day. The delivery truck was like one of those moving trucks due to the item's weight. It was a good thing I was home because I helped carry that heavy box to the second floor without it breaking. Packaging: The entire treadmill was well-packaged. The running deck came in one piece, as did the computer screen. Other parts were well-labelled. The dread of putting it all together was too much, so I left the delivery box sitting there for two days. Assembly: They recommend you have another person to help with assembly, but I did it all by myself. The initial step is to identify where you want the treadmill to go and use that space as your assembly area. I live in an apartment, so I chose the living room as the best spot. Carefully remove each part from the box and count them to ensure everything needed is included. The running board is the heaviest, and it comes with the motor pre-installed. Most of the tools needed to put it all together are included. The included diagrammed pictures and instructions can be confusing to follow. I found the diagrams to be full of assumptions and the font was too small to read. But no worries—there are YouTube videos that can help. (I used two YouTube videos to help speed up assembling the treadmill, but Amazon frowns on external links embedded in reviews, so you'll have to do your own search). Both videos offered immense help as I put the NordicTrack treadmill together. Take your time, as this is not a race. It took me several solitary hours to complete the assembly. If you're not good at assembling things or are not mechanically inclined, I would suggest you pay extra for professional assembly. On the other hand, the joy of putting it all together by yourself cannot be quantified. Aesthetics: When fully assembled, the treadmill looks good. It is far better than the ones in my apartment complex gym. The two videos mentioned will show you how to bypass the unwanted membership stuff required by NordicTrack to get the treadmill started. Daily Use: I use the heck out of this treadmill, and after two years it's still going strong. It has a lifting mechanism that puts the running deck upright for easy moving and storage. This mechanism came in handy when I moved to another apartment complex. I keep things simple; the treadmill is used only for walking or running. The many incline settings can be helpful when looking for a more intense workout. I have never used the sound system nor the fitness membership offerings from NordicTrack. Personal Opinion And Verdict: If you're on the fence about getting one, I say go ahead and splurge—provided you're going to use it to stay in shape. It's far cheaper than even the cheapest gym membership, but you need to be self-motivated to use it several times a week. Do not buy one and then keep it out of sight until it's needed. Mine is in my living room where I see it every day, which motivates me to use it several times a week. Is it a good treadmill? Hell yes, it's probably better than the ones I have tried in many gyms over the years. Will it help you lose weight and stay in shape? Absolutely, provided you use it as intended.

I am an avid walker/hiker, but here in Ohio, it does get very cold/snowy in the winter. After a number of times almost slipping on ice early in the morning for walks, I decided it was time for a treadmill/walking pad. We did have years ago an older treadmill, and candidly, we rarely used it. My biggest challenge in the past was because I am used to walking/hiking outside, walking in place for 45 minutes - 1 hour was too boring for me (even watching tv/movie didn't quite help since I just kept looking at the time on when I'd be done). I happened to be on a work trip when I was at a hotel and they had a treadmill that had walks you go on with a screen, and I absolutely loved it. I decided that feature was actually key because I actually felt I was going somewhere (virtually at least). So as I researched treadmills/walking pads, the ability to integrate with a screen to do hikes/walks was key. I solely walk, so running/jogging wasn't a feature of interest. However, every walking pad I researched didn't seem to be built for durability. That led me ultimately to purchase the NordicTrack T Series. It was priced very reasonably and I have more confident in getting a well known brand that has been in this industry as long as I can remember. It also integrates with iFit, which I knew was a key feature I wanted. After using it all winter, I can say I absolutely LOVE our NordicTrack T Series as I used it multiple times/day (I walk before work each morning and at lunch). iFit is an absolute game changer in my opinion. First off, I found several trainers I really, really liked following. For example, I did the Grand Canyon Hiking Series, and here in Ohio, it is grey and cloudy a lot in the winter, and to see clear blue skies and hike with those beautiful views, I forgot at times I live in Ohio and loved those hikes. I also loved the trainer and all he shared about himself, fitness, food, etc. I've done city walks and even just yesterday did an incredible hike at the Duomo in Florence. iFit completely integrates with the treadmill as it changes the elevation/speed automatically to be in sync with the trainer. I can also increase/decrease the pace and it learns over time my fitness level. I also really like that this model doesn't come with a screen, as I simply mounted a small tv to the wall with a Roku stick, and I simply cast from my phone to the tv the iFit so I have a very nice sized screen with great quality for me to hike. Also, this treadmill is very well built, it actually is much lighter in weigh than what we had years ago, and I am confident this will last for many, many years. I share all the times with my friends how great of a product this is.

I bought this treadmill during an unbeatable Amazon sale (thank you Amazon!!!) and added the very reasonable Room of Choice delivery plus a 2-year Asurion warranty for peace of mind. For the price, this treadmill is unbeatable. It’s a solid, full-sized treadmill that offers speeds up to 10 MPH (I’ll never get near that top speed 😅) and inclines up to 10%, which is a great way to add intensity to walking workouts. The hydraulic lift is a nice touch that's usually only seen on much higher end models and it makes the treadmill easy to fold up - it’s surprisingly lightweight when lifting the track. I also appreciate the thoughtful design details, like the small hole in the water bottle holder that prevents puddles if your water bottle drips. I can't comment on setup as I paid for the installation - I'm not a handy person but there are Yotube videos showing the installation process for those who are handy. Also, even though there's an ad included in the treadmill box saying to sign up with iFit before turning on the treadmill, I’ve never signed up for iFit and have had zero issues—zero lag time to start my treadmill workout, no unwanted pop-ups. I just press the power button at the front base (the "reset/off" button), hit “start” on the treadmill main panel and I’m good to go. You do not need to sign up for iFit whatsoever -once the treadmill is assembled, you can just turn it on and go. I watch shows on my iPad while walking/jogging, so I wasn't interested in the iFit subscription. Now, are there a couple of things that could improve with the treadmill? Sure - it could use a pause button (there is no pause button - it's either "stop" or "start"), I do wish there was a bit more track space before the front deck starts since in the beginning I did accidentally hit my foot/sneaker on the front deck (I'm used to it now and don't walk/jog as close to the front panel), and it could have other features that higher end treadmills have....but you know what? Then the price would be in a higher tier as well. If you’re looking for a dependable treadmill at a great value, this one is a no-brainer and I'm really happy with it. Finally, a huge shout-out to the Amazon delivery team (Brar and Amrit) who managed to get this treadmill into my basement—a tough job, and they handled it like pros.

Tengo un mes utilizando el producto y está mejor de lo que esperaba, me sorprendió la comunicación que tiene el equipo para que todo funcione correctamente. Es muy facil de ensamblar pero recomiendo contactar al soporte técnico para que un técnico acuda a instalarla.

Muy conforme en mis primeras dos semanas de tener el equipo, nunca había visto un producto con las instrucciones y apoyos necesarios para armarlo, todo checó perfectamente y en perfectas condiciones. Solo una recomendación, el producto está muy pesado, es altamente recomendado manejarlo entre dos persona para transportarlo. El armado lo pude hacer sin ayuda extra.

La caminadora ha funcionado bien para mi peso de aprx 130 Kg. Es ancha y larga por lo que es cómoda en su uso.. Llego pre-armada y muy bien protegida, solo hay que añadir el barandal. La aplicación funciona bien, pero sin aplicación también. Tiene botones de inicio rápido de velocidad y pendiente por lo que se pueden ver videos en otras plataformas. Hasta ahora nos ha gustado y la usa la familia, se siente duradera.

Absolutely love this treadmill. Exactly what we hoped for.
