For a small kitchen / living area this is a great bean to cup machine and the price has been coming down depending on which colour you choose (bizarre pricing strategy though). The results are a million times better than a pod machine. The coffee comes out HOT and the steam wand works really well. You do need to ensure it's not located under a kitchen cabinet as you'll need access to refill the water tank. That said, most b2c machines are bigger so same applies. Its complicated the first time you use but after that it seems intuitive.There are loads of vids online if you need guidance. Happy so far but 1 star deducted for smegs useless user manual and non existant online help.

Rather than buy this machine, you will save time and money by walking a mile to the local coffee shop and sitting down connecting to the wifi and buying a professional coffee. And if you have friends around for a coffee, they will have gone home before the first cup is served. There really is nothing positive I can say about this other than its looks. If you do get one, make sure you place it out in the open because you will always need access to the small water container at the back and the coffee bean holder on top.
