Must-Have for Beach Days with Kids!
This tent is a total win for beach days with the kids. I’ve got four little ones and this thing fits us all with extra space for snacks, toys, and sandy feet. 😂 It takes like two minutes to set up (which is key when you’re juggling a million things), and I love that it gives us good shade without getting super hot inside. We’ve used it at the beach, on park days, even just in the backyard for a little shady hangout spot. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and holds up great in the wind. The mesh windows are nice for airflow, and the little pockets inside are perfect for stashing all the mom stuff — sunscreen, wipes, snacks, you know the drill. If you’re a mom who packs like you’re moving every time you leave the house, this tent is a lifesaver. Worth every penny!

Very happy with this purchase!
Very impressed with this beach tent. I researched multiple options on Amazon, reading reviews, etc. I picked this one and am very satisfied as it met my expectations and more after our trip last week. It was used for 3 days at the beach, along with a test deployment prior to the trip and also putting it up in the backyard to hose sand off after the trip.Prior to buying, the attributes I was seeking were: lightweight, ease of deploying it/taking it down, reasonable space/shade providedThis tent provided all of those to my great satisfaction. The size worked great for us, as my family only needed it for breaks to eat lunch, dry off to apply more sunscreen, and to get some shade for myself, as my wife stays in the sun nearly 100% of the time. We had our beach bags in it, along with a cooler, and my beach chair. My two kids (5 and 8 currently) fit in there fine, while I had myself and the aforementioned items in there. The ease of putting it up and taking it down, along with the light weight, were excellent features. For me, it was very easy to deploy and even easier to take down. The tent was held down adequately by the integrated sandbag pouches, but I also had the cooler holding one side down and put our beach wagon on top of the other side's sandbag pouch to ensure it didn't go anywhere. I never bothered with stakes, and we had no issues in pretty substantial, consistent wind.I could imagine how people could break the folding, locking legs at the front as some have mentioned in their reviews, but thePacific Breeze EasyUp Beach Tent Deluxe XLy might have been somewhat impatient, as I found them easy to use and just have to not force things. It is feasible they could be built stronger, but as a mechanical engineer, I design and purposely break things all the time, so I think those leg joints are adequate and work solidly. The little mesh pouch inside came in handy, and the window flaps were easy to use. I'm seeing pretty good construction for this thing and if you aren't throwing it around, I imagine it lasting easily for the casual beach-goer/sports parent. After seeing multiple broken pop-up canopy frames at the beach all week, I'm glad I went with this beach tent at a fraction of the weight while being easily-managed solo.I can't speak to its' long-term durability and use over multiple seasons, but I didn't see anything blatant that had me worried. If I encounter troubles in the future, I'll update. At this point, the tent worked awesome and did exactly what I wanted it to during our trip.Pacific Breeze EasyUp Beach Tent Deluxe XL

Wow! What a great product!
Wow! This is an awesome product - as good as or better than the description, which is unusual nowadays! It is just as easy to put up and take down as described. (Watch the instructional video for the XL on the Pacific Breeze website. Tip: When you get the tent almost up and are ready to pull the 2 ropes to make it snap into place, snap/jerk it quickly. Then it will tie easily. It you are trying to be gentle, it won't snap into place.) We used this on a very windy, sunny day at an all day outdoor sporting event, and it held up very well. It is made well, and we easily fit 2 adult chairs (not the short, beach type, but the regular size ones) and had room to spare. When the sun moved, it was easy to move with it. If it will be windy, make sure you use the stakes; we will get a mallet to pound them in next time. As for portability, it is light and carries like one of the folding camp chairs that stores in a bag. The bag to store it in is roomy enough to return the tent into it easily without having to cram and sqoosh. The windows are really nice and easy to cover and uncover - no zippers to get stuck, either. The built-in small-gear storage is handy as well. This product will definitely be a staple for our outdoor events, picnics, etc. It's just that easy to use and handy to have. By the way, I ordered this at the same time as the smaller one because I wasn't sure what size we needed, and the smaller one was definitely not big enough for everything mentioned above. If you want move-around space and room for regular height chairs (vs. short beach chairs), go with the XL. It also has higher windows to make looking out easy. Lots of people stopped by and made "where did you get that" and "we need one of those" comments. What a super product!
