MaxPower 561545B 3-Blade Set for Many 50 in. Cut MTD, Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt Mowers, Replaces OEM #'s 742-04056, 942-04056, 742-04053, 112-0316 and Others

I ordered these for a cub cadet 1050 and after ordering I ended up reading the reviews and some people were saying they were too long for their 50 in mower decks, so I thought oh great, I’ll have to send them back. When they arrived I set them on top of the original blades I had already removed waiting for these new ones, to my surprise they were the exact same size and as thick as the originals. They were sharp and cut perfectly. Very satisfied!

Cost half of what high end hardware stores. Will buy again when needed.

The blades were to long for the deck

I was skeptical at first because the blades that I removed were fairly new and sharp but they were cutting uneven the deck was level so I thought what the heck I’ll try new blades and amazing that I had cuts so smoothly and I realized that my other blades weren’t is balanced as I thought they were

I replace OEM blades Max Power units as an upgrade. Good steel, hold an edge well, a bit thicker than OEM in most cases.

I ordered these blades for my 50" Troy build riding mower and they don't fit, 1/2" to long. Be sure you measure your old blades before ordering these. I didn't need them until this year, I ordered the 6/5/22, and they don't fit so now I get to eat 6 replacement blades that are a 1/2" to long. My fault next time I will check them more closelyRicky
