I have been taking 1 a day for the past month. I can't say I've notice any improvements but I also didn't have any side effects. I know the suggested daily dosage is 2 pills but I am wary with upping my dosage. But I did up the dosage to 2 last night but I also upped my dosage on another pill I had been taking. I took them all at once and ending up throwing up. I'm not sure if it was from these pills or the other pills but I'm won't keep taking them since I didn't notice any difference, anyways. Since I'm not sure which pills made me sick, I didn't want to give these pills a lower rating.

This product contains a lot of good ingredients for liver support and cleanse, as well as overall wellness support. I'm happy that this product contains Milk Thistle, Artichoke, and Beetroot which are amongst the best supplements for the liver. The capsules are regular-sized and are easy to swallow. However, this product does contain additives, namely magnesium stearate, rice flour, and silicon dioxide. I always support products that clean and pure, and wish this one didn't contain any of those fillers.
