Q: I'm looking for a jacket something warmer than windbreaker, but not as warm as a ski jacket. Does this jacket match what I am looking for?

It's not the thickest jacket but it is lined with fleece on the inside. I live in northern Utah where it's usually been around 20 degrees this winter and it's kept me warm so far.

Q: Would this be warm enough for the snow? Obviously not like a blizzard, but like a day of hanging out to snowboard etc?

With a layer or 2 underneath I would say yes. I just used the jacket last weekend at an airsoft milism event in Connecticut, temperatures were around 20-30 degrees, all i wore underneath it was a long sleeve shirt, and I was warm for the whole 8 hours I played.

Q: Where is this shipped from?

i assume it came from a warehouse in the USA, it came in pretty quick so i dont think it shipped from china.
