Se sei principiante inizia con un peso inferiore , 1,8kg solo se sei al livello avanzato o allenato/a, a volte può lasciare i lividi, ma è una cosa normale, una volta preso abitudine lividì passano e non ritornano più, fallo tutti i giorni al meno per 15min

Well balanced-definitely a workout
This hoop is great. It connects securely and is well balanced. It’s a great workout and definitely gets the deep core working. Just put some music on and get to it!

Good quality hula hoop
Hoop arrived quickly and is incredible quality. It is 'weighted' and so is heavier, but so easy to use. Love it. It is easy to put together and therefore easy to travel. I left my last one behind as it was an "all in one" and not conducive to packing when moving house. The only issue is my mid-rif is slightly sensitive so I have to wear a sweatshirt to protect myself. only a minor issue and would highly recommend.
