Didn't like it at first. But then used a quater of the dose and now feeling much better with flatter tummy!
Started on this after seeing T.V and reading other reviews. Got to admit that I hated this product and left a bad review as it gave me bad colic like symptoms. However as i'd spent good money on it and it was sat in cupboard I lowered the suggested dose and tried just once a day. Been using it now for couple of months at just a half teaspoon added to cereal and I am very much feeling better with a lovely flat tummy! Constipation is better too so much so that I have bought more and told my gastro consultant about it. He actually said that the future of gastro problems is all about fighting bad bacteria in the gut by adding positive good bacteria.

Easy to mix and take
Easy to take, to dissolve fully I found I needed the water to be a little warm and not to just blob the powder into the glass in one drop but sprinkle. 10 or 15 seconds stir and it was pretty much gone. I have bough more expensive brands and for mixing results they all seem the same.can't really taste anything just a slight sweetness. All good :)
