Marena - the best you can get for post surgery!
Know your size for these - should be given from your Surgeon if having lypo. I am 5'4, 170lbs and the XL was perfect for me! These hold up very nicely. I had my surgery in November of 2024 and still wear it and change it out between this one and a black one - i'm so glad i have them, cause they work great!

Good compression
I bought this to wear after my tummy tuck with liposuction. It gives the perfect amount of compression without being too tight. I initially wanted one with a zipper, but glad it has eye hooks. The surgical staff were able to leave the eye hooks closed and put it on me like a pair of shorts. The eye hooks allow you to run any drain lines through if needed. The eye hooks at the crotch make it easy to use the bathroom without getting anything on the garment. Go by your measurements, not the size you usually wear. I wear a size large shirt but bought this in 2x after measuring my waist and hips.

No compression
I bought this product looking for post lipo compression It’s made out of soft material and has absolutely no compression and the worst thing is for you to know if it has compression you have to try it on well, this seller won’t accept returns if you open the package. What a deal. Money down the drain.

The hook and eyes irritate thighs
My advise buy this, but remember to have shorts under this garment to stop irritation. I tried old socks cuff cut to go over it works, but slips at times. Other than that quality is great, sewing was nice and stood up to my wearing this for months after a bilateral mastectomy (breast cancer) as my breast reconstruction was with stomach flap. Oh and I learned how to do my squats really well, while I would hook the crotch back up.

Works with a few additions!
I agree with others - the arm straps dig into your skin. For a recovery item, this definitely needs perfecting. The straps should be moved more toward the front of the axilla (armpit). I’m petite usually a zero and two in clothing, I can be a xs in “regular” sized clothing. I am/was 125 lbs and size 36c (post pregnancy) and 5’ tall so with measurements and traditional sizes I bought a medium. My measurements had put me across three Sizes M-XL. Anything bigger than a M would have been quite loose. It’s perfect. I wear a t shirt and granny underwear underneath to prevent any chafing as recommended by my surgeon. it makes adjustments so much easier and better. I don’t worry about rubbing and misaligning any ABD pads keeping my surgical site undisturbed. With that said, it’s a 3 rating product because the digging is a major flaw for the price. Nothing can be done about it since I read this is common. It really hurts my skin and I constantly need to adjust it. I say bring the connector piece higher or move toward the back like traditional bras, so that it’s not in the area where we naturally close our arms causing that piece to dig. Also, the seller is an authorized seller so it’s a big deal that they offer return/exchange thru Amazon since Marena Group LLC doesn’t accept returns though IDK if they offer replacements which unfortunately results in some horror reviews I read that comes with the territory. Overall, I am keeping it. I need it and it’s functional though wish there was a more comfortable option. Not that I know of so sticking with this one.

Not comfortable
Super uncomfortable in the leg opening. The leg opening is super tight and rough even when hooked on the largest opening thinking of trying a bra extender to help. The straps for the top are also uncomfortably short and dig into my armpits even when let all the way out. Compression is good and material is tight. Sadly yet understandably you cant return this and it’s super expensive.
