I needed a bike rack that would go on a 1.25" hitch on a Camry. This Kuat NV 2.0 had good reviews so even though it is more expensive than other racks, I ordered one. My 16 year old son put the rack together. I wasn't there, but he said it was pretty easy. I helped him put the rack on the hitch. I will say that this rack is a beast at 60 pounds. I would definitely not recommend trying to put it on by yourself. When not in use the rack folds up nicely - it probably sticks out about a foot from the back of the car when folded up and closer to 2 feet when in use. Once you get the hang of it, it is very easy and fast to get 2 bikes on the rack and ready to go. The rack is very sturdy - the bikes do not move at all when driving. So far we have kept the rack on even when not in use. The only downside is that it does partially block the backup camera. With my old rack the bikes hung from the rack. This cradle design is much better. I had to use at least 10 bungee cords with the old rack to keep the bikes from moving. I do not use any bungee cords with this one. I think this is an example that you get what you pay for - it is expensive, but worth it. If you can afford the more expensive rack, this is a really excellent one.

Well built. We looked at a lot of bike racks at the stores. This rack will hold 2 electric bikes which we will buy when they are available again. So easy & fast to get our bikes on and strapped in securely. Easy & fast to remove the bikes. The rack is extremely well built and operates well. I'm happy we picked this bike rack. I have no complaints.

My only regret is not buying one sooner. I finally ditched my Thule XTR Pro which constantly rubbed my Fox 38 fork. This rack is just plain gorgeous, operates smooth as silk, and handle two bikes including fat bikes rock solid.

Shipping packaging very well done, particularly for the weight involved. Assembly straight forward (had seen comments it was hard to assemble - had it assembled and on the car ready to go in under 30 minutes) - either a second set of hands or a set of straps to hold the pieces in place while you start the 4 main bolts will save you some time if you don't routinely do mechanical work. Much easier to use than my previous rack (both getting it into and out of the hitch as well as loading and unloading the bikes). Tilt down feature with the bikes loaded is great. I use it with an eBike and a regular bike - handles the weight fine.

This rack holds solid in the receiver without moving around thanks to the way you can tighten it for a snug fit... Being able to fold it out of the way to allow opening of the rear hatch on my wagon and fold it up when not in use make it very user-friendly. No marring of the bike frame since nothing touches it! Best bike rack ever made IMHO!!!

Great design and features. A bit challenging to assemble. A couple of cardboard guides in the box would have been helpful to align the parts while locking them together.Feels very solid, all of the mechanisms feel high quality. The receiver hitch locking/antiwobble mechanism works very well.

Awesome hitch rack! No issues with holding all my bikes including fat bikes! Solid built and the cam system is super convenient. All the features included on this system is worth the price of this rack.

This bike carrier is worth every cent! It is sturdy, easy to use and convenient to get to car trunk while it us on. We haul two ebikes with ease! Absolutely love it!
