Vlad the Impaler of Indoor Fly Control
I can't say enough good about this product. I have the smaller one for in the house and it works perfectly. I'm in an old house and for some reasons flies are an issue this time of year. I'd been using those window glue sheets that also worked, but I have to admit that aesthetically there weren't the best. Whilst I loved squishing them once they were trapped as if I were Vlad the Impaler, they were off-putting to visitors. I don't think I'd use it outside because it does attract moths in huge numbers, but in the house it does away with gnats, fruit flies, mosquitos and the dreaded house flies. I'm going to purchase another for the basement, who knows what is lurking down there.....

Get this now!!!
This is amazing! Low noise, not bad to look at and it does what its supposed to do. We got it due to a mob of flies always circling the same area on our patio but i never knew how many bees, wasps, and moths were out here! No more gang of flies ! Totally worth the money

Advertising .50 acre coverage
I have a half acre. It doesn't cover the whole thing. My front door still stays covered with insect. I'd suggest removing that statement. It's a lot (less) than .25 coverage . But does catch an ok amount of insects. Thought about getting another one. But honestly just bothered by that statement and it's not cheap.

Impressive, highly recommend
Okay I must say that I'm impressed! I have battled wasps on my back patio for years. So I decided to give this device a try and honestly I wasn't optimistic. It is now been 3 months, during the time that the Wasps are always the worst. And I have not had one nest built anywhere in the vicinity of my backyard. I'm amazed at how many dead bugs I empty from that thing about every two weeks. I've recommend it to my mother and my sister. Absolutely satisfied and now able to better enjoy my patio

Buyer beware. If you can get your hands on the original design, it may be a more effective unit.
Some great new design features over the original model (sealed power switch, hinged louvers on top of catch bin, and quick release at bottom of catch bin)... however, I have placed this model in the same location as the original (which was legendary for catching thousands of bugs each year...) and so far it's caught very few. I am drawing a bead on the new model light as the likely culprit🤔

Captures the bugs
Works great. Fills up fast, which is exactly what you want. The bugs are not always dead though, so watch out when emptying them. Makes outside areas usable in the summer. The volume of bugs it catches will quickly collapse the population in the surround area. Very quiet, especially for outside use.

Does not capture flies or anything larger
These flies straight laughed at this trap. I bought this specifically for fly control. Anything larger that a small moth cannot be inhaled by the fan. Works great for light flying insects, but has no effect on flies or anything larger than a lady bug. Way too expensive for what it is. Overall its very easy to use and clean, just plug and go but its ineffective at trapping flying insects other than moths. Yes I did hang it per the instructions and I gave it overnight. No flies. I set it on the chair where they congregate, still no flies captured. They just sat on top of it and laughed at me. Overall not worth the money unless you want small moth control. I still have reservations about how it does with mosquitos as well as none were visible in the trap either.

Dramatically reduced mosquitos!
This is one of the best things I've put outside! I absolutely love this trap!! I purchased the human scent lure as well and it has worked. One note is to let the trap rest for a day before opening the trap to let the bugs inside die so you don't let living pests back out. Did I mention I love this thing!!?? The pile by this tree is from a couple weeks.

Funciona, pero no es tan buena como yo imaginé...
Mi prima me la recomendó como una maravilla... la verdad es que funciona, pero no es tan buena como presumen...

Do not buy if you are in the EU!
This Dynatrap device came delivered with only a US-120 volt power plug, hardwired all the way. So no way to change the cord or use local adaptor for 220V which is the standard here. Nowhere does it indicate voltage options on its external packaging, nor does it state anything regarding required voltage in its documentation. Honestly surprised if this is even legal to sell in EU, as plugging it into 220V by changing the plug itself to EU standard will cause instant blowout/burn if plugging it in.

Totale insatisfaction

This is 120v and will only work in US
Product description doesn't mention that, seller doesn't respond. Product available to order on UAE store but 120v.... Unnecessary waste of time and resources
