VITURE Magnetic Connector to USB-C Adapter

Allows use of Viture neckband with Xreal glasses. Works as described.

I like Viture products and the company (fast response from customer service). The glasses are great and with some finagling of the pro dock, you can get a 3D movie to show on two sets of glasses. Where the breakdown starts to occur is your playback device for 3D movies. Only some phones have ALT PD to run sounds/visuals from a USB-C to the USB-C of the dock, and further frustrating the process, only some have 4K capable screens, which you need to watch 3D movies. You can indeed use a computer that has 4K and an HDMI or USB-C video out, but the software to play FSBS or HSBS 3D movies is difficult to find and configure (pro tip if you are going the computer route: PotPlayer is what you want to use). Anyway, I wanted to preface my use case for others if they are going down the same route. This adapter comes into play because it allows you to use the Viture neckband, which has a built in 3D player (you can also side load VLC Player), hooked directly up to the dock. It seems convoluted but the neckband has a decent amount of storage for 3D movie files and the built in player with this adapter should theoretically make an easy, portable companion that allows you to watch 3D movies on two sets of glasses on road trips, flights, or even outdoors (camping, beach, park, etc.). Sadly, I have NOT found a compatible female USB-C to male USB-C cable that let's you extend the length between the dock and neckband with this adapter, and, most egregious, the neckband will not output 3D films to the dock using this adapter. I am not sure why you would make a neckband and the pro dock have the ability to play 3D films but then somehow lose that handshake in this adapter, especially when the product page makes a point of saying this product is specifically for extending the neckband's movie playing abilities to the dock and two sets of glasses. TL;DR: although this adapter does technically connect the neckband to the Viture dock, and it will play normal movie files, stream, etc., it does NOT play 3D films to two glasses. I have also been unable to find any cable that will work between this adapter and the Viture dock, which forces you to have an awkwardly shaped item (the neckband) jankily plugged in by this tiny adapter directly to the dock. This makes me worry about the longevity of all connection points involved. P.S. The packaging is made like Fort Knox so you absolutely will have to destroy it to get the adapter out, meaning a return is not possible. If you're looking for a portable 3D solution for two people, this adapter will not help you.

This works really good. I don't know why all the negative reviews, unless they don't know what this is used for, or how to use it. I purchased the Viture One Neckband (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGM6KP6T), and I already own the Nreal AR glasses (not the Viture AR glassess), and connected this to my Nreal glasses, and the neckband to this, and it work great. The only downside is the neckband cable is on the right side, and the connector of the Nreal glasses are on the left, and the neckband cable isn't long enough. (The neckband's problem, not this item.) So, I just flip the neck band over.

I have two of these. One I purchased separately and one came with pro neckband. I use these to pair my pro neckband with xreal glasses. These are small little dongles that converts the usb-c to magnetic attachment for pro neckband. But recently they have started misbehaving. Even a very slight tug or pull on the cable interrupts the connection and glasses turn off. Wish there was better mechanism to connect the glasses without interrupting connection on slight movement of cable.

The original reason behind this item is to to able to connect the viture lite glasses to their other accessories since the lite is usb c to c. The rest have this magnetic connector. I actually got it to test whether or not I could connect the neckband to the mobile dock and split the feed for streaming content to 2 glasses. I can successfully say this works. Simply connect this to the red/blue USB input on the dock, then you can magnetically connect the neckband to the dock and split the neckband output to 2 glasses if you wish to share a movie.

I have viture pro XR glasses, my cable is a viture magnetic connector, the cable was defective, at the usb side causing flickering with my iphone and ipad, i decided to buy a viture magnetic adaptor cable to connect to my glasses using my own usb cable, before i bought it i read a review says works with viture glasses, decided to buy it and it did not work on my viture glasses, it turned out not mentioned after reading several reviews, that the adaptor pins were the same gender as the glasses and opposite pin gender on the neckband, if you look in the instructions it says it is for the NECKBAND NOT THE GLASSES, that way the neckband works with other branded glasses (xreal) with the neckband, and buying a usb-c extention adaptor and a extenton cable you can use the neckband without wearing it on your neck, i have a video showing this.

Its on the wrong side of the glasses. The magnetic part sits on the inside of the Xreal one pro instead of the outside. If you want it to work the cable sits upside down.

USB-Cを磁石で接続するタイプの一般的なアダプターは、磁石で吸着させるときに髪を巻き込みやすいため、こちらの商品を試してみました。Xreal One Proでも接続して投影することは可能です。ただしXrealはVitureとはグラスのUSB-Cの接続部分が左右が逆で、左側にあります。そのため、このアダプターに対応するVitureのマグネットケーブルを頭の外側になるようにつけようとすると、ケーブル側のマグネットがついている「へ」の字にまがっている部分が、上下逆さまになり、NIKEのロゴのように上向きになってしまいます。用途によっては合わないかもしれませんが、自室での使用では気にせずつかっております。

I love using the magnetic connector solution for my XR glasses to relieve strain on the USB-C socket, as a normal connection even without the neckband. Works for both my Viture Beast and my XREAL One PRO, so now I bought adapters for both. It’s very pricey with the OEM viture cable that goes with it, but very good if you care to pay for it. The magnet in this stand alone adapter is very strong with the wire and doesn’t disconnect as easily as I’ve heard it does on older viture models. If I’d compare it, I’d say it connects as strong as two connected standard height 2x1 Lego pieces, if that makes sense!

Be aware of what this adaptor is for before buying it as I did. Thinking it was a USB-C adaptor to be able to use a longer USB cable. This is not the case, it connect the Neckband to any USB-C display. Unfortunately I've discarded to packing and not sure if I'm able to return it. This is a follow up edit to my Viture customer service experience. Their customer service team have reached out to me after reading this review and I now have a resolution that I am 100% happy with. Gold star for customer service.
