These are great. I used these postpartum with my first and second. They are comfortable and do have a light scent to them. They are pretty expensive, and I was really hesitant about the size. I was 280 and a 3XL forshirt and pants and bought the XXL (26W+). That was a mistake. I think the XXL threw me off because i’m usually a 3XL. I should’ve bought the pant size they refer to. Keep that in mind because they are truly true to size!

Excellent adult incontinence pullups!

I originally purchased these for postpartum but I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant and battling a nasty upper respiratory infection that is causing me to cough and am unable to hold my bladder during a coughing spell. I originally tried incontinence pads but regularly experienced leaks with them and became increasingly frustrated with the constant changing of my clothes and having to launder several times a day. I decided to try one of these and am pleasantly surprised with the amount of negative reviews saying they experienced leaks. I haven't seemed to have that issue yet and am so happy with the fit and absorbtion from these briefs. I feel clean and dry even with the obvious leaks from coughing and appreciate the lack of smell from the "perfumed" scent of the briefs and the no swishing sound letting people know I am infact wearing a diaper. I am confident these will be a lifesaver come postpartum. Would definitely buy again.

The size of these diapers are excellent for heavy, overweight people. Comfort and ease of putting on and off are excellent. But the protection level is why I rated them at four stars - I think if they were just wider on both sides. For light incontinence they work fine. But the times when I'm rushing to the bathroom and the flow is heavier, it soaks through and leaks out both sides.

Good condition

I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately, it doesn't fully cover my buttocks. I like a full coverage brief. The coverage is good in the front, but the back not so much. Due to this issue, I now have 3 pkgs of these briefs that I am unlikely to ever use, andI cannot tell you how well they work as far as leaks go since I can't stand to wear them.

Game changer! My flow is very heavy and it helps me a lot I use it at night! Game changer!!!! If you or someone you know get heavy periods just tell them to use this.

Sorry but, these suck! They leak they are like wearing a bikini. The slightest cough, laugh, or sneeze to make you leak won’t be held. I leaked while at a part time job and quit cause I was so embarrassed.
