The Cord Is Thinner
The cord to this charger is thinner than the original cord that came with the original charger to my android phone. Simply be careful whenever handling this charger because the cord is more delicate other than that it works fine.

The only problem I see is the cheap wire that connects both ends.Cheap wire is stiff and retains a memory typical of plastics and not like silicon or rubber based material.It is like having to manage a coil spring.

Doesn't seem to fast-charge, but otherwise works as promised.
I have had a LG K30 (X410TK) for a few years and I've had a problem where the phone will only work with the charging cable that it came with, which can be troublesome if I happen to leave it at home or ever worse, lose it. I've purchased several that promised compatiblity with my phone, but this one -- all LG components -- is the only one that has worked successfully (I'm almost certain because LG charger cables are proprietary and the phone was made to work only with their brand cables).The charger unit as a whole doesn't work any faster or slower than it does with any of my other chargers, but overall, I'm pleased with having a backup charger and cable.

No longer true: This connector actually clings to the phone!
Update: On this second order, the phone connector is smooth, as in #2 in photo. NOT the premium dual "gripper" on both front and back as on a previous order. Disappointing. This item does deliver Fast Charge and is four feet long. So supplier changed the cord. So far, it does not fall out of the phone, but not as clinging as the cord on my first order.First review, for reference: All micro USB connectors have a dual "gripper" on one side (#1 in photo). Most connectors I've seen are smooth/slick on the other side (#2 in photo), but only LG appears to add grippers to the other side of the connector as well (#3 in photo). . With a genuine LG connector, I can pick up the phone using the charge cord. Downside with this item is that it states Fast Charge, but it charges only at the regular rate. But if the cord is tight, I don't care. The cord I got is only three feet long, not 47 inches like the cord that shipped with the phone and is thinner than the original cord.

Replacement for stolen item
Works just like the one some creep stole from me. This is not an expensive item so I was most shocked to find it had been stolen. I wish bad luck for the thief.
