This organic nutmeg powder is truly so fresh and smells very fragrant. I compared it to some I bought from Ralphs and there is no going back. Incredible taste using it in cookies on top of baked custard and in a spice cake. It will also end up being better value for money in the long run as it's a bulk purchase. Amazing flavor and aroma.Replaced some pretty old pods - these seemed very fresh and fragrant - although expensive. I only use 3-4 at a time so I'd rather have a nice glass container. Good stuff.

I have actually purchased 2 different packages of this product. ALL OF THEM CAME IN PIECES. I need whole pieces for my table top Christmas tree. Very impressed. These are worth every penny these coast. A large amount in package and 3/4 are whole ones. Various as well ….Exactly what I have been looking for!!! I love the smell also. I will be googling to see if I can somehow steep these so I can add the fragrance to my candles I make. Pleased as punch!!!

I made some Williamsburg style Christmas wreaths this year, and this brand was the best and cheapest with the prettiest, intact anise pods. I bought more expensive ones at the grocery store for much more money, so I was very happy to get these! They smell like black licorice the way they should and remind me of the springerle cookies my grandmother used to make, but you can’t smell it unless it’s right under your nose. I’m very happy with this purchase!
