Defective Product/Amazon Return Fail
The toothbrush didn’t work. It just buzzed but the bristles did not move. I initiated a return on Amazon and selected for UPS pick up. I left the toothbrush packaged at my front door for two weeks and UPS never picked it up.

Seemed fine for 30 days then quit working properly. Return window closed a few days before unit became worthless.

Used a sonicare when they first came out. Will not use any other electric toothbrush. Work in the dental field and have never heard any negative feedback on Sonicares in the last 15 years!!

Ordered this to replace my non-functional toothbrush base. Nearly $90! What I got was a cheaply made, old style car charger made in China. Not happy!!
