The product description claims it supports all smartwatches, but this is misleading.I tried it with my Orbit smartwatch – it does not work at all.Contacted Amazon → they redirected me to the seller.Contacted seller (Sounce) → no reply, no refund, no support.Overall: Poor quality, misleading information, and unresponsive seller.👉 My advice: Do not waste your money. Look for trusted, top-rated alternatives instead.

Tricky specification
Good product, but the specification is tricky. You have to get the distance between the contacts right, and this is not always clearly specified. The two rounds are magnets, the two thin probes/needles are the contacts, for those who may not be aware of this! At least get the interprobe distance on the device to match the charging cable. And no, obviously, there are no standard standards!

Not working for fastrack watch
Not working for fastrack watch. Tried to return but getting denied all the time giving reason time to replace the item is expired, but as per order details still 3 days are left

When I contacted Amazon customer service, they informed me that I had to reach out to the manufacturer directly for a replacement.For a product priced at just ₹140, this process feels unreasonable. Spending time and effort to track down the manufacturer is not worth it, especially when their contact information was not even included on the packaging. This added to the inconvenience and left me disappointed.As a frequent Amazon customer, I expect defective products to be replaced or refunded directly by Amazon without unnecessary hurdles. Most buyers do not want to chase manufacturers for such low-value items, and this policy makes the entire experience frustrating.I believe Amazon should ensure smoother resolution for such cases—either by handling replacements directly or by clearly providing reliable manufacturer details. Improving product quality checks and after-sales service would go a long way in restoring customer trust.Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I hope necessary steps are taken so future customers do not face the same issue.

SMART WATCH CHARGES - FALSE PRODUCT ON AMAZON
on Amazon mentioned product desc. is false. it is not supported to FIRE BOLTT smatch watched, however i surprised how Amazon allowed to sell such product on their website to amazon valuable customers. Customers are fooled by this.Now AMAZON REPRESENTATIVE said to check with service center for assistance, if they confirmed it is defective then come back to us with authorized letter from them. That's really a waste, I mean I have to waste my day for RS.139 rupees. AMAZON SHOULD STOP DOING THINGS LIKE THIS.
