But $100 for beard trimmer is a lot, so the value here is debatable. I went with the more expensive SB version. But it nails my requirements, with being water resistant, adjustable, good quality, and with a plastic guard that isn't so long, it makes it tough to trim around your nose. Some of the other trimmers out there are probably a better value? But I've tried a few and this is my favorite. Only downsides, is that it's a little larger than some of the competitors out there, and a little noisier. But it seems to cut better.

First things first. The trimmer is awesome. It’s smooth and comfortable. Incredibly easy to use and simple to maintain. It has acceptable battery life. It really is an awesome product for the price. I’ve always been a big fan of other Panasonic electronics and they delivered again here. The trimmer’s functionality is outstanding. Unfortunately, the package is held back by one (YMMV) flaw. The charger. It’s a heavyish base station design but with no cord. It just plugs directly into the wall and the trimmer sits vertically above it when plugged in. It’s awkward to say the least. I have to charge it in my bedroom because that’s literally the only outlet in my house capable of the task. Despite the charger I really do like the trimmer. The value and functionality more than make up for the wonky charger. I would recommend this trimmer for sure provided you have a capable outlet to charge it.

This beard trimmer works really good. I recommend it and you don’t have to buy oil. It comes with a very small bottle.

After a year of use I am very pleased with this trimmer . After 40 years of using various trimmers this one is the best . It has everything u need for easy use . I particularly like the builtin hair length adjustor and the always on plug in cradle charger that doesnt have to sit on the bathroom sink taking up space but sits right in the outlet socket . The moulded handle and weight is also just right . Even though I have tried I cant think of anything that it lacks or falls short on. Get it you wont regret it and you will be surprised that it actually does what it says it can do and hasslefreely at that.

only 2 months since i have had this and the charge only holds for 5 minutes. MAX. disappointed with the charging capabilities. BUT it is quiet, and very precise. doesn't knick like a cheap razor...but the charge: disappointing. would not buy it again.

A few things stand out: 1) I really like the ability to wall mount the charger. The trimmer is out of the way, charged and no cord to wrestle with. 2) Powerful. The mechanism is solid and quiet. Be sure and oil it. 3) Easy to adjust on the fly. It took a minute to figure out what I liked in the length of cut. Now it is easy to grab and trim. 4) I really like that I can rinse it quickly and I am done. 5) Solid feel, good size, super sharp blades, easy to mount and take off the charger. I looked at more expensive trimmers but at the end of the day, there is not an extra $50 to $75 dollars in value. I paid $45 bucks for this trimmer and feel like it was a real value for the money. This is the second Panasonic product (the other is a face shaver) I have owned and the other is 20 years old and yes, it still works.

Put this trimmer to replace my old trimmer that died recently. This Panasonic trimmer is highly adjustable and relatively easy to clean with the titanium blades. Would be perfect if it was washable.

Item.shipped with us charger with 110v. No warning and when about to return, amazon says outside of return window. What happens to consumer right for faulty item ?

I have yet to actually try the product, and I will edit this later on to provide my opinion on it, but sadly I didn’t read it was coming from Amazon USA when I ordered it on Amazon.com.au haha.. so just a heads up if you are ordering from Australia, you will need a converter from USA to AUS. I’ve heard great things about this shaver so i will update on how it performs!
