When it comes to 3D printing, having a reliable, no-fuss white PLA is essential, and this eSUN PLA Basic filament is exactly that. I've used several eSUN filaments before and this "Basic" line continues to deliver the quality I expect from the brand. The print quality is excellent. The white is a clean, bright, and opaque colour, perfect for all sorts of projects, from prototypes to finished pieces that need a clean look. I've experienced no issues with pigmentation consistency. Performance-wise, it's a dream to print with. It adheres perfectly to the build plate (I use a PEI sheet) and shows great layer adhesion, resulting in strong, clean prints. I've had no clogs, jams, or any extrusion problems. The dimensional accuracy, while listed at +/- 0.05mm, has been perfectly consistent and hasn't caused any issues whatsoever. It just works.I've attached a sample print used with this filament. The winding on the 1KG cardboard spool is neat and tidy, feeding smoothly into my printer without any risk of tangles. For the price, this is an outstanding filament. It's a fantastic, reliable workhorse that I will definitely be ordering again. If you just need a spool of white PLA that you can trust to get the job done without any hassle, this is a perfect choice. Highly recommended.

Esun is the only brand I use and I have never had a problem with a print that wasnt down to my own doing.easy to use and print and dont clog. I've printed everything from fight toys to 7ft replica star wars droids with this brand.

I'm pretty pleased with how eSUN PLA performing in my Bambu P1S, on the whole. The first prints looked clean, the layers bonded well and the dimensional accuracy is impressive given the price. I ran a few functional pieces and they came out to spec without any obvious defects, which is always a nice relief. In use I did hit a minor hiccup: the cardboard spool wobbled slightly as it fed through my setup, and that caused a brief feed-issue (it flexed a little under tension). It didn’t stop the print, but it did introduce a tiny skip-line on one item. After reducing tension and securing the spool axis better the problem didn’t recur. So if you’re using it on high-speed or heavy extrusion prints, just check your spool setup. Overall though it’s good value and delivers strong performance out of the box. If you’re looking for a reliable standard filament that doesn’t cost the earth, I’d certainly recommend this one.

Works well its a bit more of a longer process as my Bambu filament as the printer doesn't recognise it automatedly and the print isn't as smooth but it works well if you need filament quickly

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but my experience with the eSUN PLA Basic (1.75mm) has been incredibly frustrating. I have had nothing but problems with this company's filament, and after wasting hours trying to get a decent print, I am completely giving up on it. The Main Issue: Non-Existent Bed Adhesion The absolute biggest dealbreaker is the bed adhesion—or rather, the complete lack of it. No matter what slicer settings I tweaked, the first layer simply refused to stick to the build plate. Temperature Tweaks Failed: I adjusted the nozzle temperature and bumped the bed temperature up and down the recommended range, but nothing worked. Prep Didn't Help: Even on a perfectly leveled, meticulously cleaned bed with added adhesive, the corners warped almost immediately. Failed Prints: Most of my attempts ended in a nest of wasted plastic because the model would inevitably detach from the build plate midway through the print. eSUN vs. Soleyin To make sure it wasn't my 3D printer acting up, I swapped this out for my usual Soleyin filament. The difference was night and day.

Love it, it a slightly brighter pink then expected but it's amazing, great quality

This blue filament has been consistent and easy to print with. It feeds smoothly and has produced reliable results across a range of prints without any issues. The colour comes out clean and even, giving finished pieces a nice, solid look. Print quality has been good with strong layer adhesion and no noticeable defects when using standard settings. Overall, a dependable filament that’s straightforward to use and delivers good results.

J'utilise ce filament eSUN PLA Basic rose pour mes impressions de tous les jours sur ma Bambu Lab A1, et je suis vraiment satisfait de la qualité constante qu'il délivre, même à haute vitesse. La couleur rose est vive et très jolie, parfaite pour des objets de décoration ou des gadgets. La bobine est impeccablement enroulée, ce qui évite bien des soucis d'alimentation du filament. Le plus impressionnant reste sa performance sur une machine rapide. En utilisant le profil PLA standard de Bambu Studio, le filament suit la cadence sans aucun problème. L'adhérence au plateau est excellente et les couches se lient parfaitement entre elles, offrant un rendu final lisse et propre, sans défauts apparents comme le "stringing" (fils d'araignée). Points Forts : ✅ Superbe couleur : Un rose vif et uniforme, idéal pour des pièces esthétiques. ✅ Compatible haute vitesse : Fonctionne à merveille avec la vitesse de la Bambu Lab A1. ✅ Facile à imprimer : Se comporte comme un PLA standard, sans réglages compliqués. ✅ Bobinage propre : Aucun risque de nœud, l'impression se déroule sans stress.
