Great item works well for sour dough and gets the shape just right. I wanted a round one originally but really glad I changed my mine last second. I’ve changed the receipt a few times and found sour dough with less salt and a bit of honey works best but this is a personal preference. Very happy but price was a bit high - but hey I still brought it and rated it five stars!!!!

Good of arrived on time and looked nice. When washed with warm soapy water, some of the white paint come off on my tea towel as drying. The cloth is very tight and not easy to fit back on, especially after wash,sy have shrunk a little.
