The label says Single Use, but I have extremely dry eyes that cause me discomfort. I have used this bottle many times.

What is it buffered with?

I can only say that it is 98.3% purified water as the active ingredient. Inactive ingredients are boric acid, sodium borate, & sodium chloride.
