Lower dosage seems to not give the Niacin flush
Even with slow release, you seem to get the niacin flush. This seems to be low enough dose that it is not noticeable.

Worked for my Raynaud s Disease (cold fingers)
My doc would not prescribe the drug for Raynaud’s Disease because I'm already on BP meds and she was worried the drug would make my BP too low, yet didn't want to switch, because, doctors. Anyway, I read that niacin in this form (inositol hexanicotinate) helps some people with Raynaud’s. I read you can take too much niacin and experience serious side effects, so I picked the lowest dose I could find, 250MG. I started taking it when cold weather arrived and I was having frozen fingers. I immediately noticed a big difference, and two months later, still rarely experience numb fingers, just a couple of fingertips on occasion which is manageable. It won't work for everyone, but it's worth a try!
