I know that sounds crazy. But they have actually changed my family’s life. See, we live in Florida and I hate water and all other electrolytes. These are like drinking a lemonade, sweet, a smidge tart, refreshing and absolutely delicious. Because I now drink them every single day, I have stopped getting migraines, getting dehydrated, and feeling drained by 4pm. I feel hydrated and healthy! My kids love them too, so every morning my kids make us each a big jug of them! So yummy.

One of my all time favorite flavors. Tastes like lemonade! It’s very refreshing. I feel more hydrated when I drink one of these. It’s easy to use because they’re pre measured so you just have to add one packet to a bottle of water. It dissolves very easily. Highly recommend this product and it’s a great price.

So good! I use two packets in my 40 oz Stanley with ice. Not salty at all. No aftertaste. I like to mix the lemon with the blue raspberry.

Tastes like lemonade juice boxes to me. (Not like a natural lemonade.) I prefer the blue raspberry flavor, but I'm mixing this with blue raspberry and that's a yummy combo. Overall this brand is cheaper that several others and has more natural products than the big name brands. It dissolves well in water. I recommend this product, but maybe a different flavor.

For me, these are no good. Three days into drinking them I noticed I was getting full body aches in the afternoon and flu like symptoms. I finally read the ingredients carefully and saw it has silica in it. I didn’t know that silica is the same compound as silicone dioxide which I always have a reaction to like this. So now I have a whole packet that was really expensive that I can’t use. :(

My favorite electrolyte supplement so far. Not too sweet. Get enough servings for the price. Dissolves quickly and completely in water. Can’t wait to try the other flavors. Will 100% be purchasing more.

Not in love with the flavor of this one. Tastes a little like my disposal cleaner tabs smell. I love lemon but something about the saltiness and the lemon just ain’t it for me. That being said, I love Tiffany and these electrolytes in general… big fan of the blue raspberry and watermelon candy flavors, just not so much on this particular one.
