I bought this for my grandaughter's ninth birthday, and she is absolutely delighted. The keys lighting up is a special feature, and having a stand plus seat all at the right level is the extra bonus. The headphones were damaged and seller quickly replaced them. Good service.

I can’t play the piano. Neither can my husband. But we’ve both been saying the whole time we’ve been together – some two decades at this point – that we’d like to learn. We’ve just had a lot fun with this.First of all, the set-up is easy as pie. Simple plug and play for the keyboard, the mic and the headphones. As for the stand and the stool? Simples.We had a fun half an hour trying out all the default tempos and all the different sounds it could make, then we’ve been supporting each other while we learn the absolute basics.We tried a YouTube lesson to get us started, and we ran into a bit of a snafu, which was that we could definitely find C, but we could not remember any other notes. So, we broke out the stickers, and things went swimmingly after that.This is just a really good bit of kit that my husband and I are going to have fun with – and the headphones are a nice edition for when one of us is done and the other wants to continue.There are also one-key and three-key lessons with light-up keys to help you out.This is a really good purchase for beginners like me. I’m very pleased with this, and can see me and my husband using it a lot in the future.

In addition to the keyboard itself, there's a stand (which is quick and easy to put together, and is height-adjustable), a foldable bench with padded seat, a microphone (the keyboard has a 3.5mm mic port), a set of closed-back over-ear headphones (the keyboard has a 3.5mm phones/output port), an attachable stand for sheet music, a set of note stickers, and a power adapter. In addition to the ports mentioned above, there's also a 3.5mm audio-input port which allows users to play music from an external device through the digital piano's built-in speakers.In terms of features, this instrument has an abundance. The light-up keys are excellent for giving beginners confidence to dive in and play - the same principle as using armbands when learning to swim, or stabilisers when learning to ride a bicycle. To further speed up musical learning, the included note stickers can be put on the appropriate keys. The keyboard has a huge variety of available tones and rhythms as well as a few demo tracks to play along with (or just listen to). The split-keyboard function adds further versatility to the instrument, as does its ability to operate on battery power (batteries not included), which allows users to play the keyboard wherever they choose, even outdoors or in indoor spaces far from power sockets.To fully expound on all the abilities of this digital keyboard, a review would have to be seriously long. There's an astonishing amount of useful features crammed into one instrument, making it perfect for total beginners but also ensuring that they won't outgrow it in a hurry.I've no criticisms of this set. It's amazing value for money.

Not quite the same quality as my Yamaha, you can tell the sound difference, but ok for a starter set for child. I was hoping I could practise on it, but as the keys are smaller it’s a bit difficult.The functions are also a bit difficult for younger kids as there is no screen. You have to click and hold various keys to then choose settings. The light up keys to help you learn songs are very fast, you can slow it down but again not the easiest to work out how to do it and a bit confusing even if you slow it down.Finally the keys were a bit marked, and didn’t wipe clean easily.The stand is very decent and easy to put together, and the whole thing looks good. Overall, I think it is good as a starter keyboard for an older child.

This set really does contain every possible thing you could need for someone who wants to learn to play. Even a stool - it makes practicing feel much more serious than perching on a hastily pulled over dining chair.The light up keys were what drew me in particular to this model, as it’s a great learning feature and also means younger children can play along without having to read music.

I have received this Mustar Piano keyboard with light up keys, to review on behalf of Amazon. It arrived promptly and well packaged.My 9 year old son has wanted a keyboard for some time, and what's better than a keyboard that can help teach you along the way. The keyboard stand was easy enough to build, taking about 10 minutes, and comes with a nice stool that can be height adjusted. I'm very pleased that it comes with a set of headphones, as I can only listen to so much before my ears are sore from my son and his practice session's. Anyway, this is a nice set, and my son is very happy with it.
