The B5 made by this company is of excellent quality.Gentle on the stomach and no headaches as it doesn't contain any unecessary fillers.The Adrenal glands can eat up a lot of B5 especially when you have been under chronic stress.I was suffering from low blood sugar and low blood pressure which is a nasty combination and after taking 2 per day I'm now starting to feel better. My headaches and migraines seem to diminish as time goes on.

Energy boost
This gives me energy when I'm flagging. I suffer from chronic fatigue and always take a Stress B formula but this gives my heart extra energy. The beat is stronger and I keep going longer, without feeling over stimulated. Easy to swallow and never upsets my sensitive stomach. I take it twice day but I've read you can take it 3x.
