It helps a lot to people going through anxiety/ depression or to people who forget things easily, very good and affordable product to keep track of yourself. Paper quality could be a lil better , otherwise it's good

Quality is good and since it's undated you can list for the anytime and can use all the pages without wasting.

Value for money. Not giving 5 (wanted to give 4.5) stars because when I use an ink pen, it takes time to dry and blots onto the page behind. Sometimes obscuring the text, making it illegible. Using a ballpoint pen solves the problem, though.

I really loved the planner. Helps to track habit efficiently

Agenda molto comoda e grande perfetta per l’ufficio, non ha date e ha molto spazio per scrivere. Le graffette le ho aggiunte io.

This six-month planner/journal is particularly useful for short-term, day-to-day use when you are trying to form a new habit and/or keep on track when working on a specific project. It is not very useful for long-term scheduling (in part because you have to fill-in the dates as you go since it is undated.) However, it's short-term, day-to-day features are precisely what renders it extremely useful. Look carefully at the photos. What you see is what you get. Quality is good. Large size is, I think, most useful. For me this is not the kind of object one should carry around all day. Keep reading and you'll see why. Best way to use it is to fill it in each morning in order to get a handle on what should be most important to accomplish that day, AND then to fill it in again at the end of each day and use it as a tool to evaluate the effectiveness of the day and to plan better the following day. In short, this planner/journal helps you reflect... Smartphones and computers will better allow you to schedule events long-term (WHEN, WHERE, WHO), but this item can really help you understand WHAT you are doing on a day-to-day basis, WHY you are doing it, and HOW you can learn to do it better. One more thing: The paper is thick enough that my board tipped Japanese fountain pen does not bleed through. Do note, however, that I do not press hard when I write. I also used a medium tipped Italian fountain pen with no problem. I plan to regularly use a medium tipped Japanese pen and I anticipate no difficulty. BTW I just bought three more, two to give as gifts and one for myself when this one is fully used!

Esta agenda es ideal si lo que buscas es una agenda para planificar objetivos, no la típica agenda de tareas. Es decir, las agendas que todos conocemos contienen la fecha de cada día con un espacio para rellenar tareas. Pero esta es distinta porque no es sólo para planificar tareas sino que también para planificar objetivos. Si estás versado en técnicas para la consecución de objetivos y metas esta agenda es ideal para ti. Estas técnicas recomiendan al comienzo de cada mes, semana y día planificarte tus objetivos, responsabilidades, tareas... Para ello contiene tres secciones distintas: una mensual, otra semanal y otra diaria. En cada una de esas secciones puedes escribir las tareas más importantes (de cada mes, semana y día) así como tus objetivos. Esto parece una tontería, pero es súper útil en la realización de metas porque le permite a uno organizarse y no perder de vista qué objetivos se ha propuesto. La sección de cada día también contiene un horario para que escribas qué vas a hacer a lo largo de ese día (de nuevo, esto tiene que ver con técnicas para la consecución de objetivos que recomiendan planificarse al final de cada día qué vas a hacer al día siguiente). Puede parecer esclavizante organizar tu vida en torno a una agenda y escribir la mayoría de las cosas que piensas realizar, pero con ese método, un poquito de práctica y otro poco de disciplina, al final verás cómo te vuelves super productivo. A título aparte la agenda está en inglés y no contiene ninguna fecha impresa, si no que contiene recuadros en blanco para que los rellenes tu. Es decir es una agenda genérica sin fechas, lo cual en principio es un inconveniente, pero por otro lado lo hace más versátil pues la misma agenda vale para cualquier momento.
