Nice mat
Decent for the money for sure. I should have grabbed the bigger one for my kids 12 and 10 they have issues controlling at this tight of space. However I encourage a tight foot work workout like this so definitely recommend.

Good for soccer athletes.
My 13 year old son uses this and it is a good activity to use as part of a soccer training circuit. It comes folded and is a little hard to get to lay flat.
