Tastes great, convenient & nutritious.
I was looking for pumpkin & sunflower seeds for nutrition and was happy to find these Kind bars.I normally just have water or tea at work. These bars are a nice addition. Half for breakfast & the other half for lunch. They taste great and have the nutrients I was looking for.

These KIND bars are just a little less sweet than some of their other bars, and that's a good thing. They have just the right amount of flavor without being overwhelming.

yum yum yum. The Sunflower seed ones are my favorite. better than a snickers bar! Not as sweet which is fine for me. KIND continues to live up to their hard earned reputation for quality whole foods at a good price. In this price range, it is hard to beat kind. for example whole almonds in many of there products. Really hard to find. They have developed the economies of scale to be able to do this.
