stiffest roller ive used, but still has the foam feel to soften the roll. grooves are great for back, protects spine and neck. not for beginners, but great for people that are used to an aggressive release.

The creases in the roller make this an excellent tool for doing some deep massages that are simply not attainable with a normal creaseless roller.

Sehr gute rolle zum massieren des Rückens aber mir ist die leider zu hart und zu groß. Deshalb hab ich die auch zurück geschickt. Wer aber eine große und harte Rolle braucht dann kann die auf jeden Fall gebrauchen.

This foam roller is my saving grace. It’s very firm so not for the faint hearted. The ridges make it easy to get into harder to reach spots in my back like between the shoulder blades (highly recommend rolling out the back while hugging yourself to get the deep spots, and rolling out the shoulders while extending your arms above your head parallel to the floor). Also great on the glutes 👍🏼👍🏼 everywhere really
