Don't let the rumors of having to completely disassemble the bike dissuade you. It actually isn't that difficult. First time took me 3-4 hours. Just have paper plates for the small parts and a good sized sheet on the floor for the big ones. If I did it again, it would take two to three. The quality of the parts is good and the instructions are OK.
