Poor quality material is used in this samovar. One month after purchasing it, water container started rusting and the glass pot caracked after I put hot water in it. Not recommended at all. Do not waist your money.

Broke after 4 months of use. The problem with this Samavar is that the exit hole is on the bottom and after few months of usage the amount of water that exits gets to zero or drops. And there is no way of cleaning it. Because after removing the screw on the knob, you cannot take out the inside knob to clean the corosions accumulated over time. So a piece of junk ready for trash can. The only thing was good about this samavar was the front display. Hope this review help others to be careful of ehat you’re buying.Although the customer service is outstanding. After I complained, they kindly sent me a new one free of charge, so I give the customer service A+.

Very poor quality material! The edge start oxidizing after a month and sprinkling particles into water tank!

i got mine on July and it stopped working.

Had a greeting message from the seller which made me comfortable and assure the quality of the product. Opened it yesterday which perfect timing for my family get together and had the first tea. This is by far added a unique design to my counter tops as well as a authentic atmospher to my gathering. No issue with boiler or making the Tea. It was on for about 7 hours did not burnt or hesitate the making or warming up.We already backed at it this morning and my Tea is now ready since I started this message.Pars collection are great and have a very nice and unique design and looks.My kitchen Aid collection was missing a touch of design and look which pars collection completed the needs for my kitchen.Thanks again for this awesome item and great that you message to follow up to make sure everything is good to go.A+ and thank you.
