Very nice replacement for camper.
Easy install, there's tons of information out there on how to install these. I did put mine on a camper, I used a 20 AMP breaker 12/2 with ground stranded. I used the breaker for the roof unit to supply power to this unit instead. I mounted it at the front on the frame by the tongue. I ran the Cooper lines under the frame and it went pretty smoothly. It's kept the camper very cold I had it set at 65° and it held it all day at 88° outside. When we have a 100° day I'll post how it's does. So far very happy. ( West Texas )

Fine unit, better customer service
I ordered 3 total units in two different sizes. Two were installed and work perfectly. The one system had a faulty compressor. I contacted the service center of the manufacturer. As I had a licensed hvac installer doing the work, he provided a tech report and within just a few days a replacement was ordered. For the customer service alone I will be using this brand again

Della mini split unit
I bought this to cool our upstairs and I was hesitant about getting this model because it is considered a economic model and it cools and heats great better than I expected I highly recommend it it's been installed for a few months now

Nice unit for a 30’X30’ insulated work shop
My shop is 30X30 with 8 ft walls, a 4/12 pitch roof and is insulated. This unit lowers the temperature from around 85* to around 72* in about 20 mins. I like the feature of the sweeping fins with both up and down and left and right sweeps. Unit runs very quite and I hardly notice it running, especially on lowest fan setting. Nice unit and would definitely recommend.

Doesn’t work. Poor customer service.
We were sent a used unit. Missing items. Customer service was not helpful. We asked simply for a swap for a useable part as one of the parts we received didn’t work. (Likely why it was returned by the previous buyer). I spent $800 on this item for it to not work and not be provided any decent customer service. Highly disappointed in this item and the sellers.

Watch the install videos, use the Auto Zone kits and it is easy.
I had no experience with AC installation and I found it an easy install if you watch a few videos. IMPORTANT: The DIY installers suggested you buy the pressures gages and the vacuum pump for about $200 or hire an AC man for $500. Go to Auto Zone and they have the kits to use for free (with a security deposit). You might need to purchase a $5 female fitting to connect to the Low Pressure port. Don’t waste your cash! This was very easy if you view the videos. My system is outstanding and working very well in hot AZ weather.
