This Cleanse changed my life. I needed this jump start! I ate very clean while doing the Cleanse. Mainly fruits and veggies....some beans here and there. After the 10 days I enjoyed it so much I decided to keep eating clean.It was kinda easy. I wasnt hungry. It didnt make me feel weird. I didnt have low energy. I was great the whole time. And it did not make me run to the bathroom.I did the cleanse in January...it is now April and I'm still eating clean. I've incorporated more into my diet but still no meat, no dairy (well, very little sprinkles of cheese if I'm craving it and little to no carbs.) I feel amazing. A MUST! I’ve done very serious 90 day whole body every organ detox and parasite cleanse. The Food Over Drugs parasite cleanse is pretty simple to follow and comes with clear information, suggestions and direction. It’s gentle and effective and In my consideration , 10 days isn’t long. I do this cleanse once or twice a year one at end of winter beginning of spring and one in the fall before the holidays; coupled the colon formula and whole body detox tea. I always feel great!

I only took 2 and I felt awful all day. You should not take while on an SSRI.

like one of the other reviews mentioned do not take this on an SSRI!!! almost every ingredient interacts. you will feel horrible, you willthrow up!! and it will taste awful when you do!! 😭😩

This was my first time performing a parasite cleanse & Im very happy with my product choice. These were gentle on my stomach & you can absolutely tell they were doing their job! It’s important to read the instructions on their website for an optimal cleanse! Feel great after completing my 10 days!
