Clears TSA and security checkpoints
I like to keep tools including scissors nearby when traveling. This tool has now been through multiple check points and unrelated inspections, and it's passed every time. The thing seems to be precision engineered with tough plastic over the metal body. It snaps open and shut without needing any tweaks to guide it into position. The tools themselves work well for general use, so you can keep it with your keys in the pocket in case you encounter something needing adjustment around the house or office.

Cleared airport security.
I took it with my from the Salt Lake City airport and Boston airport and a few other security check points with no issues. The only things I wish it also had was a file and tweezers. But it is nice to have scissors with you.

Average quality at a decent price
3.5 stars actually, but I'll round up since Amazon considers three stars to be a negative review. This is an average quality knifeless multitool for a decent price. The included pliers are what set it apart. While it may be TSA compliant, keep in mind that absolutely nothing is "TSA approved." At the end of the day whether this gets by security is up to the individual inspector and once you leave the country there are even fewer guarantees that you'll get to keep this in your little mitts. And while the SIM card ejector tool may be fine for that use, it makes a pretty crappy punch and is easily bent. Fortunately the metal is soft enough to just as easily bend it back into place.

Works as described and passes TSA for me so far, but DoA in Japan
UPDATE:After quite a few airport transits in the US, Europe, and Taiwan, Japan finally seized this, so I lost it. I think you can probably get this through US airports, but don't count on everywhere internationally. Sad to lose it. Japanese rule is "No tools, full stop."I saw this advertised (not by the seller) as TSA-safe (due to size and lack of a blade). The construction seems fine, although the tools can be difficult to extract (but how often does one use it?). So far, I've been through a number of domestic and international legs without it triggering even a bag inspection. I can't guarantee that some zealous agent (esp. internationally) might not stop it, but so far, so good.

Perfect Traveling EDC
I was able to take this on multiple flights and secure events without issue. The build quality is great, and the tools work well. You don't realize how much you need these tools until you're traveling with limited access to things.I'm not using this as my every day carry when home, but it's the perfect EDC when traveling!Pros:• Build Quality• Tools Accessible without Opening• Great Scissors for Size• ClickyCons:• None

You might not be allowed to bring it through security at some sights.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was able to get it through TSA at MSP airport. However, I had to throw it away in Paris because I wasn't allowed to enter Sainte-Chapelle with it,
