my daughter is a size 14/16 but a K/L cup. what size should I buy

14/16 is Large, but if her K/L bra means measurements that are above 43"choose the Extra Large.  The covers are very stretchy.

Question 2

Are the pads different for each size (S, M, L, XL) or just the stretch covers?

I do not know for sure.  I purchased the size Small dress form system for my petite small dress form.  The stretch cover was perfect and I just had to use some of the pads (shoulder, bust and hips.  But, I would assume both the pads and the stretch cover would have to be are sized accordingly to each size S,M,L,XL.If you google the Fabulous Fit company, you can get the Customer Service # and ask them.

Question 3

I'm curious how others have used the filler pads under the bust pads: what angle, etc.? I can't seem to get them the right shape.

It will depend on the person you are measuring.  Make sure you have the correct cup size, measure bust points.  Also, make sure you have the bust point to armhole seam is correct.  I double check all main measurements.  Sometimes using a bra on the body form helps.  I use a jersey t shirt to help hold pads in place.

Not sure I understand the question, but if you want to increase the size of your dress form 3 sizes larger than a size 6, then I think you should select the Medium Fabulous Fit.  If you use all the pads and still don't achieve the size you want, I believe you can order additional pieces.
