I got a used one you wouldn't be able to tell if it was used screen is nice and bright the touch works perfectly didn't have to download any drivers for it just plug in and that was it the only downside is it's glossy and the USB port is abit small so the USB cable keeps coming loose but a bit of tape fixed that all and all for what I paid it's extremely good value.

USB slot for touchscreen compatibility was too large to retain the USB cable, which is crucial for the touchscreen element to work. Poor fit in all directions. Would be OK as a standard monitor, but there are cheaper ones out there if that's all you need.

When I brought our cctv a few years ago I had a 10inch screen but as it eventually gave up I did a lot if searching for a replacement but I didn’t want a tiny screen, so many to choose from but also expensive to run with most being E and F rated which being on for 24 hrs was a definite NO but eventually I came across this one which is a 12v !!! Picture quality excellent easy to set up very easy to use to I really appreciate the bigger screen as so much is more noticeable I really recommend it

bad screen - not good as an additional screen for a laptop - changed the colour settings but appears to be a white brightness therefore unable to work on
