If you use ms teams and want a sidecar your choices are yealink or audiocodesThis unit works well but still not sure if ms code is beta or rtm stillLast time I tested worked well for me but end user hit known ms bugKey target of device is reception etc

The kits itself is good quality but the software has a flaw in that it doesn’t put the speed dials in alphabetical order, instead it puts them in the order you add them. So if you want to add a speedial at a later date they all fall out of order so you’ll have them in a random fashion. Not useful in real life usage. If Yealink fix this then they’ll have a winning piece of kit!
