First off I had high hopes based on pix and reviews and all the "free" things they give you. They Did come early which is why 2 stars. I noticed they were very thin @ the ends of the hair and so I measured them. I bought 20 inch and ONLY 4/7 hairs are 20 inches. I thought I was given 18 or 16 inch by mistake b/c that not acceptable to have that thin of hair @ the bottom. (My hair IS thin too)but nope the bag says 20 inch. I can't use these so I WAS going to ask for a partial refund for only receiving 18 inches of hair or to exchange for longer hair @ no cost but then I noticed that they are NOT 100% human hair. I didn't notice until I washed a few pieces. I HAD to b/c of the OFFENSIVE chemical order on them. I was giving this co. the benefit of doubt since they were packaged and mailed. My first pair of extensions came in only a plastic bag and didn't smell but still being positive. After that they STILL smelled and I could then see all the fake plastic/clear hairs within. Not just in the top part all through the hair. So now I'm realizing that this co. is 100%false advertising their products and considering the price I paid for these "real human hair" the free gifts are NOT free. They aren't even 160 grams. As you can see in the pic of side by side I inch tracks, they are actually thinner than my 70 gram extensions I had first.(the left is Heesaga "160g" and the left is my 70g which is thicker) I even died mine a few times and they are 2 years old. All around the co. Is false advertising their ENTIRE product. Dont Buy. Please Amazon take this co off until they describe it correctly.

I swear I’ve ordered from this company before without issue but this time, was so baddddd. I’ve been wearing clip-ins for over ten years and never have I had such a terrible experience. That photo is 4 days after I purchased these. Washed them once and this happened. Two months later I’ve attempted to make them work, but the hair has shedded and snapped and what’s left it’s matted together or completely chewed up. I care for my extensions well, and cannot believe I wasted my money on these. I can usually stretch out my weave for 4-6 months. The fact that this didn’t even survive the first wash is pathetic.

These are fantastic extensions. So real, so soft! When you open the box it does smell like cigarettes but it’s NOT. It is actually the smell of a very potent essential oil that must be in the factory. The hair doesn’t smell, just the case. It comes with thread, needle and extra clips and a nice case to put the hair in. I can’t believe I found these for such a great price. I will order more!

In my pictures let me remind you is only one 10 pc set of the 20inch 200g extensions i am completely blown away they are so soft 100% real very thick which I love double weft! I have been buying hair extensions for about 7 years now and these are by far the best and a great price I use to pay 200 dollars for 20 inch 70g at Sally’s and they were only a 8pc set at that. And hey do not come even close to the quality of these . I highly recommend!

I use to be in the wig business for many years and have never seen such a class act presentation of a product. The packaging is beyond the best I've ever seen. The extensions are so well made and beautiful. Absolutely elegant! The thickness of these extensions are just perfect, not cheap at all. These extensions look like they could have been bought in Beverly Hills at the most expensive wig salon. I know quality and these extensions are the finest quality. I've looked at extensions at other beauty supply stores, much more expensive then these and not nearly as fine a product. The packaging of this product as I said before is "THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN"!!!!! I even showed the packaging to my husband and he was very impressed. I am so amazed at this product and recommend this company to anyone looking for extensions. When you receive them, you are going to be amazed. If I were to have spent a thousand dollars on extensions they couldn't be better then Heesaga. Wait till you receive them, you will be thrilled!!! Take this from a lady that knows good quality and have worked in this business for many years. Amazing! Amazing!

These are great. I have fine but thick hair (weird) and with just ONE set of these I was good to go. Shocking really. I will be ordering another set because you cannot beat the price for this quality and because I like to do all kinds of hairstyles. The packaging is great, there’s a storage container, some clips to use while installing the extensions, a night/shower cap and a colored extension which is cute, but I doubt I use it. They are pretty much true to length, well made, comfortable. They blend easily, honestly I was ready to walk out the door in maybe 20 minutes. I love these! If you like clip ins, you won’t be disappointed.

Hi, so I had originally lab heesaga a review that was not so good but wasn't bad same time I had complained about the extensions coming loose from the clips already and I haven't even had them a month so they emailed me and they are sending me a new set of extensions which I was totally not expecting or was trying to get out of the situation I was really surprised to hear that they were going to their sentence are really good that was the only problem was that they were coming loose from the clips already and I haven't had them for a month so I really do recommend their extensions there very good very soft and realistic everyone compliments me on them all the time is that a they look real like my real hair just be cautious of the clips thank you heesaga so understanding and generous!!!

These shipped so fast, it took no time at all. I have yet to wear them but I did do a color match test, I got 20" dark brown and it matched my hair perfectly. The hair is definitely thicker than the $250 extensions I bought a couple months ago. I do however suggest trimming the ends to make it look more natural. I did find a few grays but since I have some grays in my natural hair it doesnt affect me.
