I have only been using this slippery elm powder for about a week. I think the flavor of the slippery elm bark is fine. Sort of earthy flavor. Not distasteful at all. Mixes easily with warm water with a small wisk. I am using for stomach inflation and it really help for me. I am taking this slippery elm bark about an hour before bedtime as suggested to coat my stomach. It is a nice warm drink that I have no trouble wanting to take. Overall, this is a great choice if you want some Slippery Elm Bark powder. It's a good thing to have on hand. Recommended this slippery elm powder!!

I bought this item three times. First time, amazing. When added to water, the slippery elm became viscous, which is exactly what you want. The second time... awful. Added to water, it was like sand... which serves no purpose... so I tried again. The third time I received an equally bad product. It's a shame to waste nearly 30 dollars on something that doesn't work... twice! I had left feedback the first time there was a problem and there was no response. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.

This slippery elm powder is excellent and easy to use. The flavor of this slippery elm is pleasantly woodsy and very mild. I use a battery operated milk frother to mix it into a drink since it tends to clump. I've had it in water and in coconut milk. It does tend to thicken the liquid when mixing it with the milk frother. You can something to flavor the mixture if you like, I just sweeten it with a little stevia. I highly recommended this slippery elm. It's a large package and will last most people a long time.

Does help some with gallbladder pain. Good to have just in case.

Be careful with using this. I used as directed & it send my IBS-D into IBS-C.

When I mix this slippery elm powder in to a glass water and mix it. It becomes gel like consistency, which is a great sign that this slippery elm powder is made only from inner bark. I take a spoonful of this slippery elm powder and add it to my favourite fruit smoothies and sometime I add sweetener to make it taste better and thinner. I also add it to my tea sometimes. Adding this to your beverages does not change the taste. I have been taking this for few days and I'm happy with it , will keep buying it. I would recommend to anyone looking for good quality organic slippery elm powder.
