I like the automatic foaming soap pump because every manual one that I have ever bought ends up not working after refilling the soap. The pump mechanism in all the manual version always end up clogged and sticky when you try to dispense soap. I have three of these throughout my home and they are fantastic. I love that you can change the amount of soap dispensed and that they are rechargable via USB. No batteries needed and if you charge them with solar, then there is no electricity used either. Battery life is great. I put one on the charger after over two months of use- not because it stopped working, but just to make sure it wouldn't run out of juice. Clean design and easy to clear. I definitely recommend because it is more sanitary. Dirty hands pump soap and whatever is on your hand when you pump soap hangs out and compounds as more people use the soap. Hands free is the way to go!

It’s easy to knock the dispenser out of place with a slight bump.Soap Compatibility: While it works with most liquid soaps, thicker soaps tend to clog the dispenser, leading to inconsistent dispensing.Battery Life: The rechargeable battery doesn’t last as long as expected. I found myself needing to recharge it more often than I’d prefer.

The media could not be loaded. I had it for like 40 days now it’s not working no more I tried to get a refund or to get another one, but I don’t think they will give me another one. There’s no option to return it back so don’t waste your money with this cost too much money to waste.

I like the easy way this dispenser gets refilled - the whole lower half is the reservoir with window showing the soap level. I also like that a simple push of the button shows the battery charging status, and that the battery is built in, rather than expecting AA or AAA batteries.What I like less - one star less - is that the same button push instantly changes the amount of soap coming out. Having this dispenser in a guest bathroom I'm sure some people will touch the button, and inadvertently change the settings repeatedly. Having those buttons and indicator lights on the back rather than on top would probably make it more clear that the only way to get soap out is by holding the hand below it.

I love this soap dispenser! No more dirtying things when you need soap, just place your hand under the dispenser and presto!You can set the amount of soap and there is an indicator to let you know when to recharge! There is also a window displaying the amount of soap in the soap dispenser!

Lowest gear puts out too much soap! I tried to dilute it so it wouldn't be so soapy. But then I still have to refill it weekly.
