Great product for Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+
An amazing product and have been using it since two days and just can't get away from it. The product comes in a elegant box packing with a manual and charging cable. Quality of the case is quite good as compared to the any other products. As mentioned in their manual, turning it on and getting it connected to the Tablet was quite simple and flawless and have been using it regularly. The trackpad is quite accurate while working with it.Really a nice to product and would suggest to everyone to those who are interested for a Keyboard Folio Case. Also to mentioned that their support is quite responsive and was able to get help from them in less than few hours.

Some of the keyboard buttons not working.
It is NOT a Recommended product for anyone which has many drawbacks.1. QUALITY: The quality of keyboard is poor and looks cheap. Case/cover on the other hand looks very hefty and bulky.2. FUNCTIONING: I had to leave to some other city within a week after buying this product online. In exact 6 days, couple of letters of keyboard were not working. The product has becomes useless for me now.3. CUSTOMER SERVICE: After sale service is poor and not very responsive.4. No value for money.

The quality of the cover is good, but the keyboard is not upto mark,according to price the quality of this keyboard is worthless, also the quality of cable is worse,you should have to add a good quality cable,you are looting customers,rather than quality i didn't faced any encounters in connectivity.
