EDIT 3/31/2005: Poolpure customer service responded to my email within 2 days and asked me to send them a video demonstrating the problem I described below. Then, they timely sent me a replacement that works well. It's good to know that Poolpure's customer service is responsive and they honor their warranty.EDIT 3/25/2025: Lowering the rating from 5 to 3 stars. After using this for 2.5 months, it failed. It now runs backwards and in circles, picking up nothing. There is no obvious way to reset or reboot it. It's too late to return it, so I'm going to contact Pool Pure and try to work something out with them. I will update this review with the outcome.I've been using this for a little over 1 month. It skims both large and very fine debris, making the surface of the pool VERY clean in about 1 hour. The solar charging works very well. I charged it using its charger once when it arrived, and have left it outside, sitting on pool deck since. I use it 5 to 7 days per week and have not needed to charge it since it arrived. Its basket is made out of a very fine mesh that picks up everything from large leaves to very fine seeds and some dirt. Sometimes, removing it is a little tricky because the basket becomes partially dislodged and hangs down into the water at an angle causing some of the debris it picked up to go back into the water. Simply not turning it off until it is all of the way out of the water prevents most debris from falling back into the water. My only real knock on this is that it would be nice if the basket were larger, but for the money this thing is really great and does its job well.

Love this I have used it going on 2 summers and I leave it in my pool only take it out to clean and of course this winter no issues what so ever.

The media could not be loaded. DON'T BUY IT - I have used for 5 hours, after first use I have fully charged and when using the second time 1 propeller stopped and did not run any more.

Product worked pretty good keeps getting stuck by the step railing.. Love this product helps me clean the pool when I have so many other things to do works all day with the sun. Just have to take out at night to recharge.

Not very good. Gets stuck in one position and stays there. After two days of continuous use. I still had debris on top of the water
