Polti Vaporella Silence Eco Friendly 19.55 Steam Generator Iron

Loved this iron when I received it but after a month of having it no lights come on when switched on and there is a ticking noise coming from it which doesn't sound right and the iron no longer seems to work. How can I get a replacement as this is a brilliant iron when it works!

This is cheap and plasticy. Our cleaner asked for a Polti iron but she was never impressed with this one. The first one the steam generator broke (it produced no steam) and the second one just kept blowing fuses. This was despite using their special natural descaler. Polti themselves were slow to react and fairly arrogant.We've replaced it with a non-steam generating Bosch for £60 or £80 and it's been great. It sounds like the Poltis of old days were good, but not so much now ...

Worked great for about 18 months and then started blowing fuses. For the price you would expect it to last longer than 18 months

I changed from Polti a few years ago to a different make and although it served the purpose now O have bought my new Polti I realise how much better this is. It's s joy to iron with this superb iron

0Although expensive it is the only iron I would recommend, my last one lasted around 10 years.
