This is not useful for use on a rachett screwdriver.
This was not what I needed and I had to purchase a goose neck type instead. I didn't return it because it was too much trouble. It is very stiff and the segments "pop" instead if bend.

Destroyed itself on first use
On first use, the product destroyed itself unscrewing a #10 sheet metal screw. The flexible shaft unwound itself inside the red housing.The housing is sturdy as it snaps into the position it's put in. Going to upcycle it into a phone mount.

EXTENSION SCREWDRIVER
I've only used it once. It worked very well for what I had to do. I'm sure it will come in handy again!
