The product lasted a year and began to crack and chip. There were no other performance issues during that year.

I bought this pad in 2023 and needed to replace it after 2 years. This is probably OK since I use my desk every day. This unit was eventually flat, stiff, easy to roll and provided proper floor protection. To replace this unit, I bought one from Sallous because it was a little cheaper. I've been rolling on the Sallous one for 1-2 days now after laying it out flat and putting ottoman on it. I feel like the Sallous mat is harder to roll on and I can still see waves but maybe they will eventually flatten. What's not clear is if a unit bought today is identical to what I bought in 2023.

I purchased this to replace the one I had before which had cracked to the point it was pinching my toes and the spikes were coming through the top. I looked for a better one than I had before but seemed to be getting nowhere. I decided to replace it with the same thing I had purchased before, since I knew I liked it and it lasted 2 & 1/2 years before it started cracking. I am very sad to say this one is nowhere near as good as the previous one (supposed to be exactly the same). It is very think so it curls up on the side. The "spikes" are small and stubby so it doesn't stay on place well. How can they sell this as the same one I ahd before. I am so disappointed.

Is this chair?Matt is the best one you can get for the money and it does not have a smell to it at all like a skunk has no smell at all. and made of good material easily slide your chair great protection for carpeted floors the thickness is very good too. And it unrolled and flattened out without a problem after one day. I expect it to last a very long time.We will see

Fairly large chair mat. Works well but tends to move around away from a chair with wheels. Easy to put back in to position.

This certainly is a good mat for putting over a 1 inch high pile carpet to ensure the desk chair casters roll easy and the carpet is protected. So far it's doing a great job! The size is just right, though it could be another 2 inches wider to be perfect for me.

My main gripe with this is that the product description says this is 'odor free' which is flat-out false: it has a strong smell. A bigger issue with it from a practical perspective is that it is very hard to unroll, and even after a week of use does not sit fully flat. That sat, I haven't had any major issues actually using it. I notice indentations from the chair, but not large enough to make it hard to roll, unlike some other reviewers.

On carpet for swivel office chair.

I've had this item for a little over a week now and so far, I can say that it works really well with extremely heavy office chairs. It has very sturdy spikes that help grip to low pile carpets. My chair is very heavy and the wheels leave dent marks on the mat. Although, this goes away after a few hours once you roll the chair to a different position. It's quite heavy and curls on the end after initially unpacking it. However, I just set some weights on the corners and it's fully flat now. Overall, 5 stars. Does the job. I will update this comment in the future if I notice cracking.
