Bright lite! Only one problem: small, one-sided window for light.You have to spend time for orientation. Why not make four windows from each side?

I have had it for about nine months, but used it very little. Last time I went to use it the wire broke off at the solder joint inside. I see no way to be able to resolder it at the center of the handle through approximately 1/4" hole. There is no strain relief on the wire, and the gauge is so thin, that it is obvious it will break after a few bends back and forth. It really needs to be redesigned so you can repair the connection when it does break, and it also needs some sort of strain relief to keep it from breaking so quickly. Very disappointed. I had an older version, that lasted for years. I am guessing the wire was a larger gauge on the old one.

I have a KD test light and really like it. These are gear wrench though. I will give them a try and see how they hold up.

Although it doesn't have the features of some expensive models, this little tester met my automotive needs. Cord is plenty long to find a grounding point, and product seems to be well made. Shipping was adequate but not quick.

This is a sturdy little voltage tester. I use it on my cars\boat and camper. The indicator light is very bright and instantly gives you an indication co voltage if present. Its very sturdy and durable.
