Got the job done with warts
Had a nasty wart on my knee that had been there for 5 years or so. This sucker seemed impossible to get rid of. I had previously tried pretty much everything else over the counter and nothing seemed to work. I got this and it was a game changer. Here is how I went about it:1. Cleaned the area around the wart2. Wrapped the area directly surrounded the wart in a thick bandage so as the cold wouldn't effect the non-affected area3. With the straw connected, continuously sprayed the wart in short pulsing sprays allowing the wart to freeze a good bit (usually would get cold and turn frosty after about 10 seconds worth a pulsing sprays). Then I would wait a minute or two and continue to do the same thing for like 5 or so minutes.4. Bandage the treated area. It will burn for the next few days, but it is normal.5. Two-Three days later, do the same process. Then wait the approximate same time and repeat.6. Eventually you will get a red, enlarged blister. This is normal and shouldn't alarm. DO NOT POP BLISTER. Your skin is still repairing itself. Put antibiotic ointment on it and cover during the day and let breath at night. That's it. This shouldn't be done on places like your face or gentiles.

It works to freeze off Seborrheic Keratoses, Age Spots, Sun moles, and Cherry Angiomas
Bought this after I went to a dermatologist to do a skin cancer screening. I thought that maybe one of my raised moles on my face was pre cancerous. After looking over my whole body for any skin cancers, he said I absolutely do not have skin cancer and have no pre cancerous moles/spots/etc. He then said the raised mole on the side of my face was called a seborrheic keratoses, which is very common. I asked if he could remove it, and he just took a can of liquid nitrogen and froze it. It only took about 5 seconds. I then asked how much would it be to remove all the moles and age spots on my face. He said $200. So I thanked him and went home, then google searched seborrheic keratoses home removal. This google search to me to many hits that stated to get freeze spray. I did so on Amazon and then read all the reviews about how people have used the freeze sprays to remove warts, moles, seborrheic keratoses, age spots, and cherry angiomas. I thought I'd risk it and try out this spray for myself. Once I received the spray, I attached the slim plastic tube to the nozzle, and took an ordinary Q Tip. I then slowly sprays the liquid on the tip of the Q Tip, then placed the Q Tip to my seborrheic Keratoses and age spots. To be effective you must hold the QTIp with the liquid refrigerant to the skin area of concern for approximately 20-30 seconds. You will feel a slight stinging sensation when you do so. After the stinging sensation is gone, I repeated the procedure 3 more times. Each time after taking the Q Tip away from my face, you could see a white area where the skin was frozen. After going over all the areas and spots I wanted to remove, I think about 90% of the can's contents were finished. The very next day all the spots that I treated turned a reddish brown color. And the spot where the dermatologist used liquid nitrogen to freeze, the spot turned black and formed a scab. On the 5th day, I took a shower, dried off, then went to my mirror to check. I used my fingernail to lightly try to remove the reddish brown skin (frozen dead skin). To my surprise, it was very easy to remove the dead skin, moles, and age spots. I was so happy that this $18 can of refrigerant actually saved me $182 by not having my dermatologist do the same thing. My face is now free of age spots and sun/age caused moles. I just need to apply some petroleum jelly or lotion so that the skin heals evenly. To summarize, this can of refrigerant absolutely does work. You just must use a Q Tip to apply the liquid refrigerant to your skin areas, and make sure you feel the sting of your skin freezing for 30 seconds at a time. Then repeat 2 more times, as this refrigerant is definitely not as cold as liquid nitrogen. Also visually check after applying the refrigerant that the area that was treated actually turns white color. This color is temporary and will revert back to skin color in oly about 20-30 seconds. The white color shows that the skin area was actually frozen. And in my case, all the areas that I treated myself were easily removed by a light scraping of the area with a fingernail. The large seborrheic keratoses treated with liquid nitrogen by the dermatologist has already scabbed over, but will probably take 2-5 more days until it is safe to remove.

Note, NOT compressed air
This functions perfectly well as advertised, as a cold spray. Note that if you are looking for an air duster without bitterant (for cleaning food machines or electronics etc.) this is NOT it, because somehow it is designed to spray liquid no matter how the can is oriented, because spraying liquid is its intended function.

Just OK - previous version better
Not sure why they changed the formula, but it’s not nearly as cold as the previous product they offered. I use this for warts. Previously, the first application would be plenty cold. It now takes several applications in a row to achieve similar results. This means the can will not last nearly as long. You can still make it work for warts and other skin issues. It’s just not nearly as convenient or efficient. Effectiveness TBD.

Didn't Work Well
Difficult to use properly and not really cold enough to remove seborrheic keratoses. Need liquid nitrogen for complete removal.

Don't know what I would have done without this!
Miracle in a can!!! I've been dealing with a very painful toenail I couldn't clip, if it didn't work, my next stop was a trip to the foot Dr! I only needed to spray a very small amount on the toe, it worked wonders to numb it enough, that I couldn't feel that amount of pain to be able to clip the nail & NOW... RELIEF, FINALLY! This Product is EXACTLY as described, WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY! Such a relief to have found this! I definitely recommend it! The can is also larger than I had expected

Wow!
After taking my two sons to the doctor for warts, I needed a faster, more efficient solution. Both of my boys do karate. As a result, they've had warts, impetigo and Molluscum Contagiosum (look it up) over the last three years. That's life if you have several hundred kids using the mats day after day. Even with a sound cleaning policy, kids are going to get some kind of crud. One son had a decent-sized wart on his finger and the second had nine warts on the first three toes of his right foot. I've got decent insurance, but it still cost me a co pay and two hours of my morning and lost time at school to get the boys through their doctor appointment. Knowing it's hard to get liquid nitrogen, I went looking for a suitable substitute. And then I found this spray. Holy cow! The doctor did a good job on both boys, but what they had was likely going to take more than one treatment. I read the reviews and several people talked about cutting a straw and making a little tube to help focus the spray because this can is not designed for treating warts. But boy is it cold. After only two days, I feel that I have the tools at my disposal to continue treating my boys at home.
