Baumann Living Multifunction Air Fryer Steam Oven Convection Countertop All-in-One Appliance.

We wanted a multifunction steam oven to replace a built-in Bosch convection steam oven that we had in our old house and to reduce the current use of our large 36" propane oven. We did a lot of research before settling on the Baumann multifunction steam oven.We have been using it for almost a month now and have no regrets about our purchase. It has nothing to envy of my old Bosch!We did several trials: bread, whole chicken, steamed vegetables, fish, breaded chicken fingers, eggs, etc. We use it almost every day; it meets our expectations and our needs. We use both the selecting preset menu and the selecting cooking function.Easy to use and clean, compact, quiet and efficient, what more can I say.Contrary to some comments, we have no problem with deformation of accessories or water leaks.It is true that there is no recipe included or cooking instructions apart from the selecting preset, but it is very easy to fill in the gaps on the internet. (recipe book for Bosch miele steam oven, thermador etc.)I recommend it without hesitation.

I've had this oven for about 4 days, and made a bunch of different dishes using mostly the steamer and steam oven. It works really well and easy, and the food came out beautifully. Attached are a picture of steamed fish in banana leaves, and steam baked bread. I am genuinely excited to cook again tonight with this oven.There are a couple of things that might be good to know:-the steam comes out at the front right bottom. It is a steamer, it will release a lot of steam.-the toaster function is not as good as a regular toaster-since it is a steamer, it is really easy to clean - but the dirty water needs to be taken out regularly and be refilled regularly.-the list with numbers and preset configurations on the front, cannot be taken off.

I just have to say, I am beyond impressed with this all-in-one kitchen appliance. As someone who has owned various types of cooking machines, from air fryers, ovens, and steamers, I can confidently say that this one does it all and does it so well! I was initially concerned if there was a potential for smoke or steam to come pouring out of the machine somewhere, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it didn't at all, no need to worry about my upper cabinets. The touch interface is incredibly user-friendly, with helpful recommended settings displayed on the face. It's refreshing to have an appliance that doesn't have a million of knobs or buttons with different settings that can making cooking so annoying. I really appreciate the included variety of trays and the 3 rack system, which allows for multiple proteins to cook or even an entire meal. What's more, it's impressively quiet while in use and the noise alert is subtle and not at all obnoxious. The appliance is also not that big, it takes up as much room as any table-top oven or air fryer. This heats up and cools down quickly, so there isn't that much waiting time and it's not loud when cooling down. (My microwave is louder) Overall, definitely recommend this all-in-one to replace your air fryer, steamer, and oven appliances. Just get this. Its time to see your counters again, like me.

I’m very impressed by how capable this little oven is. It delivers!It excels at baking, with results that equal our big (and vastly more expense) KitchenAid range. I baked scones, lava cakes and French bread in the Baumann and it all came out perfectly.This little oven is so versatile! I was even able to use the low temperature “dehydrate” setting to make clotted cream! This is a 12 hour process which many ovens can’t do because they will automatically switch themselves off after a few hours. This one delivers a full 12 hours of 176F for perfect clotted cream.Because this is also a steam oven it can do so much more. Every baker knows that steam is needed to produce a crusty loaf of bread. Again, this little oven delivers and even has a proof setting that helps the bread dough rise. The oven pre-heats very quickly and gets to the high temperatures needed to properly bake bread. For the bread, I started with the Bake setting then switched to Steam-Bake for just a minute or two before switching back to Bake and the oven delivered a perfect crusty loaf.The Steam-bake setting was also great for preparing a sweet potato mash.Don’t forget to order the optional cast aluminum pan. This is a reversible grill/griddle type. The flat side makes for an outstanding baking sheet, the thick, heavy aluminum maintains an even temperature and the non stick surface works well. This is a must have accessory.
