This was a disappointment
This is the worst chair ever the delivery box was bad, and the chair itself looked like it was used and the fittings had less screws.

Plush, comfy and it swivels!
Love the look and feel of this chair! It goes well with the wood work in my room. Extra points to the maker for adding comfort to chair that is a complete looker! My mom loves the fact that it revolves so seemlessly! All in all, it's a perfect marriage of form & function. Kudos!

Missing Screws. As expected, inspite of after reading same reviews, I ordered this product
Screws are missing. How do I assemble the product. Disappointing. Have to return the product just because of a simple basic element missing, without which the product is useless.

Faulty. And still waiting for after sale service.
The assembly guidelines were incorrect. The screws don’t line up, with the holes, so impossible to review as product received was faulty have initiated a return and replacement. Still waiting to receive any updates. Hoping to take this down once it gets rectified.
