Aside from the $100 shipping even though I have prime it is a beast of a scooter. Very easy to put together and so far so good in the riding. It has ample power and is smooth. Sidewalk bumps can be a bit jarring but all in all it’s fun to use

Good speed, good range, great stability, I love the wide deck & big wheels. I ride with my 7yo son, we both fit comfortably. Customer support was great, fixed a battery problem quickly.

Bought this scooter in May. Have used it a lot since then. It feels so much more substantial than the Razor sized scooters available for rent or student owned out on the streets. I use it to put some road miles on my hunting dog. I used to bike with him but once he gets tired the problem of how to back track has no good solutions. With the scooter, my dog gets on the wide platform with me and, ears flapping in the breeze, we scoot on home.The scooter has plenty of power and friends who have never ridden a scooter are quick to get going on this one. The heavier frame adds to stability and the ability to take on the bumps and cracks in the road as well as some packed dirt riding.It’s not a cheap scooter. I’d say it’s worth the money and I expect it to last for years.

I like that it has 12 inch tires, Very good acceleration ,wide standing area, good brakes,, charges quickly, great headlamp and tail light, uses a key instead of phone, looks good too. , Instead of taking 40 minutes to get to work, it only took 7.

This Scooter is solid and fast. Easy to assemble. I weigh 240 lbs. and rode like the wind on the slow speed.Throttled up to 18 miles per hour. The disk brakes stop the scooter on a dime. Not ready yet to go at full speed. Scooter did not lose power going uphill. The locking mechanism to fold down and up the handlebars is a little hard to use. I have had other scooters before, this scooter is the Best! Ran from Vegas

I bought this foot scooter 1 month ago, after 1 week I had an issue with the charger and got in touch support, Jessica supported me immediately and sent me over a new charger, now the scooter is well charged, now I am rolling the scoter every day to get my office and so happy, do not regret of this purchase.Thanks.Luis.

I love that the standing platform is wide and that the scooter goes 20 mph for my 360 lb weight. Overall this is a good scooter

I would not buy this scooter. They are garbage. We had two and one’s brakes stopped working after six months and the other had a complete electrical failure. We took great care of them too and used them in our city for commuting and getting around daily. Buy something else. They were such a waste of money. Any kind of warranty work requires you to spend nearly the same amount for shipping as the purchase and they make it incredibly complicated to get warranty service work done. Stay away!
